Summary: SCP-013 consists of 242 cigarettes that, when inhaled, make the smoker perceive themselves as a 25 to 35-year-old lady with cropped dark hair, blue eyes, and blue lipstick. These perceptions are only in the smoker's head, and do not physically manifest in the real world. Smokers will perceive themselves as the lady for the rest of their lives.
Usefulness: Give it to men with gender dysphoria, I don't know.
Against 682: 682 seeing themselves as a blue lady is pointless.
