Summary: SCP-084 is a tower that constantly emits radio waves that distort the time and space around it. Those who enter 084's 100-meter radius of effect will never be able to leave again. A village of 343 people is currently in the radius of effect, presumably before 084 was built. Birth and death are both impossible in the radius, as well as normal movement, since random teleporting is common for both the inhabitants of the village and the tower itself. Speaking sounds muffled when close to the radius and echoey when only 5 meters away. Weather and time of day also randomly occur (3 minutes of day followed by 56 hours of night). Anything destroyed will magically warp itself back together. Living things loop and flicker while in the radius. The landscape appears blurry when viewed from afar.
Usefulness: Not useful.
Against 682: It's impossible to escape 084's radius of effect, so it may be possible to contain 682 within the radius indefinitely. Either that or he'll find a way to adapt and escape, as usual.
