Summary: SCP-055 isn't round. Nothing else about 055 is currently known. However, if we know that everything else about 055 is unknown, then that can't be true, or else it wouldn't be known. Perhaps 055 is a paradox that effects itself and everything around it. We know that we don't know about it because we already know about it. The only thing we need to know is what we know it isn't. It isn't spherical, and it isn't unknown. We've known it all along.
Usefulness: 055 very well could be useful. At the same time, we'd know if it wasn't or was based on what was the opposite description of what it was. It may or may not be useful of not useful.
Against 682: 055 should/shouldn't be used against 682. Maybe it's already been used against 682. Maybe it failed, or maybe it created 682. Maybe it made 682 stronger. Maybe we can't perceive what it is because we can't comprehend it. It would make sense that the very thing that could destroy 682 would be 055, or perhaps 055 is the key to its permanent escape from Foundation custody. For now, we will never know, or we'll always know. We don't know if we know or don't know.
