Summary: SCP-069 is a presumed humanoid creature that takes the appearance of recently dead people. 069 will look and act exactly the same as the person it is mimicking, besides having an overwhelming urge to complete anything the deceased individual had left unresolved, i.e. credit card debt, creation of a last will and testament, visiting of family members for a last goodbye, etc. When 069 is killed, it will rapidly decay and take the form of another recently deceased person anywhere on the globe.
Usefulness: Personnel killed by dangerous SCPs could be resurrected by 069. Then they could give living staff details about the dangerous SCP in question, if we don't know how it kills people yet. Perhaps 069 could even remember what SCP-055 ([unknown]) is.
Against 682: 069 could be used on victims of 682 so that they could finish any unfinished business.
