Summary: SCP-010 consists of 6 collars and 1 remote control. The remote has the ability to force whoever is wearing a collar to do whatever they want them to do, including manual labor, crime, and even changing their body's structure. If the remote holder can understand it, it can be done.
Usefulness: Useful for interrogating non-compliant individuals, such as members of Chaos Insurgency, the Church of the Broken God, various SCPs, and maybe even SCP-076 ("Able").
Against 682: If the collars could fit his neck, we might have a shot at controlling 682's actions. It's hard to kill him, but maybe not impossible to control.
