Summary: SCP-009 is a container of 3,700 liters of water that has a red hue. When the temperature rises, the liquid freezes, and when it drops, the solid liquifies, then turns into a gas. It can contaminate any water, in any state of matter, and turn it into more red ice. Humans exposed to the red ice will be affected by it at different rates, depending on body temperature. If this SCP were to reach any large body of water, a catastrophic chain of events could occur, causing most, if not all, of the water on Earth to be undrinkable.
Usefulness: Not useful, except for slowly and painfully killing someone, or making more red ice.
Against 682: 682 would be completely frozen, if his body mass has moisture in it. He would inevitably adapt to it, however.
