Summary: SCP-014 is a man who, by assumed sheer willpower, has made it to where he can live forever, but is also metaphorically made of "concrete". He can only move his mouth and eyes, can converse normally, but is completely immobile otherwise. No ageing has occurred since his acquisition by the Foundation, and no ill effects of sitting still have shown themselves.
Usefulness: Can hold a conversation, but only as long as a normal human can.
Against 682: Perhaps he could use his supposed willpower to overcome 682, making him invincible, and perhaps a match against 682. Since for now he can't move, he's pretty useless though.
