Summary: SCP-090 is a ceramic Rubik's Cube with 10,000 squares on each side. Each side's squares can be used to create a design, and each design's etchings glow white. The cube moves its own components, in an attempt to solve itself, and for every new alignment, a disaster occurs somewhere in the world. Each side's design is hypothesized to represent a different type of disaster , but this has yet to be proven. Note: 090 may be sentient, as manually trying to solve it results in an alignment event, causing a disaster to occur.
Usefulness: If 090 predicts disasters, rather than causing them, then watching the changes in 090 could be very useful when it comes to surviving said disasters.
Against 682: 090 might cause a disaster large enough to destroy 682, but frankly, I think a disaster like that would destroy everyone/everything else in the universe.
