Summary: SCP-021 is a sentient dragon tattoo that has the ability to move around any body it occupies. The movement of 021 is extremely painful to the host, having been described as feeling like getting tattooed and getting that tattoo removed at the same time, constantly. The tattoo has the brain power to eat and move, but not much else, of course, testing a 2D being's intelligence is difficult to say the least. Its diet consists of tattoos, which are preferred, and skin pigment. Feeding doesn't hurt the host. If the host dies, the tattoo doesn't notice, and continues to feed on pigment. Transferring the tattoo is done via skin to skin contact. The tattoo has some health benefits, such as a boosted immune system, higher pain tolerance, and increased confidence in the host, however the constant pain can lead people to commit suicide.
Usefulness: Useful. As previously mentioned, the tattoo can boost a host's immune system, decreases lactic acid buildup, accelerates the release/reuptake of epinephrine, boosts strength, boosts confidence, boosts pain tolerance, and reduces the after-effects of weakness and fatigue. All of this would be more useful, were it not for the constant pain.
Against 682: The tattoo would be a hindrance of 682, since the constant pain could, I guess, keep 682 in line, maybe, but successful human to animal contact has yet to be achieved.
