Summary: SCP-070 is a Native American man with 2 large, metal "wings" protruding from his back, each with 22 chains of various length hanging loosely. Each chain has a barbed tip at the end. The wings move autonomously, with 070 having no control over them, yet he can still feel when they get hurt. The wings can anchor themselves into many surfaces and the chains can whip out at high speeds, but the wings don't show any inherent hostility towards Foundation personnel. Sometimes 070 will sleepwalk. During such cases, 070's wings will attempt to seek food, by any means necessary. When found, the food will be violently eaten. 070 is basically in constant pain and spends most of his time sedated.
Usefulness: 070 doesn't appear to be useful, though his fast-moving wings would prove very useful during combat. The wings, however, cannot be controlled. At least, not yet.
Against 682: 070 could only do minimal damage to 682 before 682 gained the ability to adapt to him.
