Summary: SCP-028 is a patch of abandoned land outside a copper mine that grants anyone who enters a 7-foot area around the center of 028 total and complete knowledge of any one subject. Exiting and reentering the patch of land will have the same effect with a different subject but will result in strong migraines/dizziness after 2 uses. Note: Perhaps anesthetics could give the Foundation limitless knowledge. A trusted researcher is given access to 028, a plethora of notebooks and writing utensils, and access to class-A amnestics. When given knowledge, they will write down everything they deem as useful, then wipe their memory entirely and start over. This should negate the ill effects of 028, while keeping the knowledge gained.
Usefulness: Extremely useful, should any information deemed useful be learned. All other information is not useful. Its random chance to get either.
Against 682: 682 is smart enough, thank you very much. Though, should someone be so lucky as to discover how to kill 682, that'd be very useful indeed.
