Summary: SCP-029 is a woman with over 80% of her skin having a true black pigment, including her eyes, while the rest of her skin is completely white. She can use anything as a weapon and strangles her victims when possible. If a man is in view of her, he will be compelled to do her bidding, willing to kill, or even die for her. The black area of her skin increases in size anytime her followers, or "Thugees", strangle someone to death in honor of her. Ever since the last of her followers has been eradicated, the growth of the black pigment has ceased, and her efforts to escape have doubled. It is believed that if her skin reaches 100% black, she will be able to end the world.
Usefulness: Not useful without the use of a mind control device of some sort. She doesn't listen to orders, and she certainly doesn't like us after we killed her followers.
Against 682: She can use anything as a weapon, but 682 is also presumed to be a male. Hard pass.
