Summary: SCP-032 is a humanoid resembling the wife of what we believe to be 1440. 032 has said it was created by three brothers who were mad at the husband of the woman 032 is modelled after. She has the ability to severely damage any living organism's ability to exchange/use energy, such as with photosynthesis, respiration, and even reproduction. She has also mentioned her containment is temporary, until her "husband" arrives to claim her, and when that happens, there'll be no survivors. Usefulness: Anyone wanna get sterile? No? Then she's useless. Note: May want to keep her away from SCP-1440, just in case.
Against 682: She's not going to kill 682, but she could prevent him from reproducing in the future. The less 682's the better. She also effects the use of energy in subjects, but only if they have something to do with humanity, which I doubt 682 has any amount of.
