Summary: SCP-044 is howitzer cannon, built under Hitler's rule of Germany, that has the ability to use anything as ammunition. The larger the object, and the longer it is held in the cannon muzzle, the larger the resulting explosion. How 044 converts harmless matter into that of a nuclear bomb-level slug is unknown. Since 044 apparently requires no power to operate, both Foundation personnel and equipment has been lost whilst attempting to explore the inside of 044's muzzle, leading researchers to believe they had been converted as well.
Usefulness: As useful as a regular multi-ton cannon, just with the ability to use anything as ammo. Transportation of this SCP is difficult/impractical, so anything it could be used for would have to be planned weeks in advance.
Against 682: As cumbersome as it is, it could pose a potential threat to 682. If something was inserted into 044, and it was large enough to completely vaporize 682, we'd be set. Of course, we'd only get one shot at it. If he adapts to it, we are fucked.
