Summary: SCP-077 is the top half of a skull covered in runes, each of which is filled with a black resin. The runes change every lunar month, during the winter/summer solstices, during the spring/fall equinoxes, and whenever a lunar/solar eclipse is visible from Ireland. The runes engraved in the skull must be read every 24 hours. If they aren't, the eye sockets and nasal cavity of the skull will continuously emit a luminescent green vapor. When this vapor encounters biological material, said material will turn into a malodourous ooze consistent with potatoes infected with the potato blight. If one person reads 077 too much, they may feel sick and, in some cases, develop an allergy to potatoes.
Usefulness: Not useful.
Against 682: Sure, it may turn 682 into a pile of smelly ooze, but the fact that he has bounced back from way worse means it isn't worth it, especially regarding his knowledge of runes objects containing them; God forbid he learns how to make that vapor himself.
