"Hi.. Good morning.." masayang bati sa akin ni Evelyn the next day..

"Good morning too.." I respond politely..

"How are you and your brother doing? " she asks, looking at me intently..

Bigla kong naalala ang hindi namin pagkikibuan ni Alex that our parents almost discover..

"I regret.. But not in good terms.."

Ang kislap sa kanyang mata ay biglang napalitan ng lungkot.. "Sorry.. 'Twas all my fault.."

"No Evelyn, It's nobody's fault.. Just one of those twin's petty fights.."

Magsasalita pa sana siya pero naputol nang batiin kami ni Tristan..

"Good morning too.."sagot ni Evelyn kasabay ng aking pagtango.. Pagkatapos kaming kumustahin ni Tristan ay umupo ito sa sariling upuan nito..

"By the way, ano palang meron sa inyo ni Chantal?" Evelyn asked Tristan suddenly..

Tristan bowed his head shyly.. Pati ako ay nacurious tungkol sa mga ito..

"We're friends.." he answered minimally..

Women..I looked at Evelyn questioningly.. "Eve.. He answered it already.. You don't have to ask again? Come on.."

"Sorry.. I'm just curious.."

"Nah.. That's ok.." Si Tristan.. "Pero kailangan ko munang umalis may nakalimutan pala akong bilhin sa canteen.."

Bigla akong hinarap ni Evelyn nang makaalis si Tristan ng classroom.. "Anong gusto mong palabasin?"

"Pinahiya mo ako sa harap ni Tristan.."

"Well, I'm sorry but your timing is so not the best.." she said then walk out on me..

"Hey, Evelyn.." habol ko sa kanya.. Saktong nakalabas na siya ng classroom saka ko siya naabutan.. "Are you mad?"

"What do you think?" She barked sarcastically..
