Techno grabbed Ranboo by the collar, anger in his eyes. The enderman hybrid stared back at the piglin, just as determined.
"You're married to the leader of Snowchester?! Ranboo, this is a betrayal!" He growled, "This is the opposite of what the Syndicate was made to do!"
"It's not that simple!" Ranboo argued. "I have something I want to protect!" The enderman hybrids tail flicked angrily.
"Protect? PROTECT? What is it?! Gold? Diamonds?" Technos eyes flared, interrupted by a small creak of the door opening.
"What could you possibly have that you have to pro.. tect..." Technos voice trailed off and his eyes widened when he saw a small figure in the doorway, clutching a blanket by his side.
"I-I heard yelling.." Michael said in Piglin softly.
Techno, surprised, shifted back into his full human self. He wanted to shout something, he wanted to punch something, but he just stared at the child.
"Why don't you unhand me," Ranboo said coldly, "In front of my son."
Michaels eyes shifted from the two.
"Pa?" He asked in English, scared.
"It's fine Michael, just.." Ranboo glared at Techno and the pinkette let him go, and the father ruffled Michaels hair. "Go back to sleep, okay buddy?"
"Okay Pa.." Michael mumbled.
Ranboo ushered Michael out of the room and gave Techno an icy glare befor shutting the door, leaving the piglin hybrid alone with his thoughts and the voices.
So that's what he had to protect..
