Have you ever felt attached to a place so much that you felt pieces of yourself around it for you had left a bit of you in it, every single day you breathed the air of that environment and every time you left your footsteps pressed on its floor? A place that may not be yours, but it screamed of you, it carried your scent and embraced you every time you were to return to it.

Such a place you considered this office to be for Elle, but her things were no longer in the place you had found them and her chair was no longer occupied from her figure. She had stepped out of Namjoon's office and had placed her things in a box hurriedly, without speaking a word, until you started helping her carry her stuff for that seemed like the only thing left to do.

By the gate, the taxi she had called had been waiting for her and only then did she stand before you and face you, with a face that hid her pain, which you were aware that she might be feeling. At that very moment though that you sympathized with her and intended to comfort her, she plastered a smile on her face and spoke of words you weren't expecting her to say to you.

"Our meeting was short but I can tell that you are a great person Y/N. Thank you for being friendly with me. I may not be able to call you a friend but I am very appreciative of all your efforts to help me."  She had taken your hands in hers and had portrayed her sincerity through her teary eyes, before getting inside that car and getting out of your sight, leaving you standing there for a bit, feeling sad.

As you got back inside, and the echo of your own footsteps was the only thing you could hear, you couldn't help but get the impression that the atmosphere itself was missing her. Her desk seemed so empty now, so different. Only if you weren't the only one, noticing this big change.

You left an exhale escape your lips before looking towards NamJoon's office door, knowing well that one day he was gonna regret his actions but it would most likely be too late by then and that fact made you wonder, just how many people had they lost people that truly loved them, because of things like that. Because of thoughts and feelings, each kept from each other, because of doubts and what-ifs, that can drive anyone apart.

They aren't the first nor the last that fall apart...yet witnessing it...sure takes you down emotionally.

You had thought, as today was supposed to be a happy day for you but you were influenced by Elle's feelings and everything that happened and now you were left with a heavy chest.

"Y/N~" Sira's voice was what snapped you out of your thoughts, making you instantly stand up and look her way, only to see her rushing at you and jumping at you to engulf you in a hug.

"Oh My God! My Friend~ My beautiful friend is getting Married~" She cheered full of enthusiasm while making you jump with her up and down for she still had you in her hug. An action that instantly made you laugh, forgetting every sad thought that had taken over you.

"Sira, what are you doing here? How did you even get in?" You questioned her with a smile as she pulled away, sincerely curious for the gate was programmed to open only for people that the camera recognized and the rest had to press the bell, so you would manually allow them access.

"That door wasn't opening and I wanted to surprise you so I climbed over it." She replied casually before pulling you in another hug, leaving you with wide eyes not because you didn't have her capable of such, but because the security cameras must have taken footage of her and most likely must have given a signal to Namjoon's computer as he had the connection with it.

"Oh, God..."

"You are getting married! Where is the ring? I need to see the ring!" She pulled away and took hold of your hands, before pausing once she saw it on your wedding finger. Her eyes lit up observing it yet by the time she lifted her gaze to meet your eyes, hers had gotten filled with tears.
