"His majesty is in the music room, Your Grace," Chray led the swordmaster to one of the rooms in the palace and Gideon calmed his loudly beating heart.

'Ah, I'm nervous,' He thought and clenched his hands multiple times.

When they reached the music room, Gideon gulped in anxiousness and anticipation. The faint background of music playing behind the doors could be heard.

Soon, Chray knocked on the door and spoke his greetings.

"Your Majesty, His Grace, Lord Gideon is here to see you"

"Let him in, Chray," Pier responded and Gideon straightened his posture.

The door creaked when it was opened by the vampire and the knight walked inside without any hesitations.

"M-My liege!" He stuttered.

No matter how many times Gideon described Pier, he knew it wouldn't be enough to feel satisfied with everything.

If Gideon were to put it, Pier could be considered a literal god.

He knew his master came from another world and this was his second life as Pier Belmiunde.

Not just that, the phoenix told him the original Pier had no magic yet the one who transferred to his body was the complete opposite.

The soul that transferred to Pier had so much magic in it that even the strongest and greatest sovereign of the eastern continent, Melfar, was amazed by it.

What could be the other explanation for it?

A soul that transfers to another body and is all too powerful for anyone to ignore.

'A god,' He thought when he finally saw Pier's pale face.

"What is it, Gideon, how is Raegan doing?" The young king turned towards him with a small smile written across his face.

"His highness is doing well, my liege. I have been giving instructions from the blue dragon directly to Prince Raegan," He responded and proceeded to step inside the room.

Gideon finally made his mind up.

"I see. I'm glad the blue dragon wants to teach Raegan-" Pier stopped talking when Gideon silently halted close to him as well.

"Is there something wrong, Gideon?" Pier asked curiously when he saw Gideon's serious expression.

"I have decided, my liege,"

Pier closed his mouth and allowed Gideon to talk further.

He remembered a few days ago when he was assigned the task of teaching Raegan how to shift his form into that of a human's.

But of course, he could not let Gideon's effort go to waste and so he offered the knight a proposition.

One thing Gideon wanted to have in exchange for teaching Raegan the blue dragon's methods.

At first, he really did not have anything in mind but seeing Gideon finally had the courage to speak of his wants, Pier was listening attentively.

Pier knew Gideon did not want to have money or any material things he had in mind so he was slightly anticipating what the swordmaster wanted.

"What is it? Tell me and I shall provide," Pier responded.

"My liege..." Gideon took a deep breath before speaking once more.
