Ciaran held the hands of a child as they both wandered in the woods.

"Shh!" The child squinted his eyes while carefully observing his surroundings.

His raven-dark hair and pale skin contrasted well with his icy blue eyes. The tall and amazing stature of the child even at a young age was to be commended.

"Father, I can't feel-"

"GAAARGH!"

A deafening scream erupted somewhere further inside the forest and he instantly became alert.

"What do you do when facing against bigger opponents again?" Ciaran asked and Raegan instantly answered.

"Always use your smaller size as the advantage!" He responded and opened his hands to manifest a concentrated spell. The small bead-like magic in his hands floating in the air.

"That's correct. Now, show me how you should slay the monster," Ciaran encouraged the young child and Raegan instantly shot towards the direction where the scream had come from.

They were currently in the unexplored areas of the Mir Mountains.

Though Pier did slay all the monsters in the five mountains themselves, there were plains, hills, forests, and other areas that were included in the territory that haven't been ventured yet.

Ciaran took the opportunity of exploring the lands along with his son who was now able to manifest his human form with the help of the blue dragon and the swordmaster.

BOOM!

"GAAARGH!"

An explosion far up ahead was heard and the screech of a monster was heard again.

He needed to teach Raegan how to fight properly and not just carelessly charge or attack his enemies. Though dragons are powerful even at a young age, Raegan will instantly be defeated by those who are used to moving a lot around the battlefield.

BOOM!

Another explosion occurred and this time, Ciaran heard the rustling of the leaves. He then saw Raegan swiftly jumping from side to side while avoiding the monster's claws and attacks.

The beast Raegan was currently fighting would be comparable to the monsters that lived in the second mountain. They are huge and powerful but can easily be handled since they lack the intelligence in fighting.

Just the perfect opponent for young Raegan at the moment.

"Grr!" Raegan glared at the beast when it was still not coming down after he used two concentrated spells.

Ciaran watched with observant and careful eyes as the dragon created the third bead-like concentrated spell while continuously dodging.

There were many things Raegan learned from him in the course of a month after they stopped invading Cresencia.

First was the ability to multi-task well even in the direst of situations.

BOOM!

A huge explosion of dirt and flames erupted from the ground in which Raegan seems to have missed the beast who was raging.

But Ciaran knew better.

The second thing Raegan learned from him was different tactics to be used instead of just attacking the opponent directly.

BOOM!

The ground shattered again and now, two huge holes in the earth were formed after Raegan missed the beast.
