Hello guys. To begin, I would love to thank my readers for supporting, reading, voting, and commenting. Whenever I receive a vote or comment notification, I found myself smiling. Second of all, I have completely recovered from my fever. I am really sorry for making you worry. Additionally, today is my 14th birthday and I would love to update a bonus chapter. This chapter isn't related to this story. From my perspective, this is like a one-short story. My apologies if the writing or the script is not good. Enjoy!!
=============================
......The faint moonlight entered the room as the curtains were lifted. The leaves drifted aimlessly as the wind blew. The night sky was sparkling like a dark canvas freckled with a million droplets of white paint. The beauty of the white pearl in the black sky easily made the people drown in its charm. Everyone in the city has fallen asleep, making the environment extremely quiet. The silence was deafening.
......A girl stood in the doorway, tracing the curves and symbols of the wooden door with her delicate fingers. The strands of her silky blue hair like midnight were scattered as the wind blew. Inside the terrifying darkness, a genuine smile plastered her pale face as she felt the nostalgic feelings rush to her brain. Soon, the gentle sounds of steps echoed inside the silent room as she walked gracefully.
......Her lavender tainted eyes that never fail to attract other people were fixed on a lone subject inside the room. Her heart was pounding harder as she took a step. It's been almost 5 years that she hasn't been to this place. A place where her love of life and she spent. A thing hasn't changed; the dark purple color they chose together to paint on the walls still looks amazing despite its age. At the corner, there was a black tent they built together to spend the night. The giggles of them in the past echoed inside her ears as she remembered how they chatted happily and fall asleep on the comfy pillows. Her movements stopped in front of the thing she loved. A gift from him...
......Thin fabric covered the surface of the instrument. Her hands were shaking as she removed the fabric slowly. Those beautiful eyes shined with happiness to see it unharmed. It was very important for her. A thing that leads to her happiness, the love of her life. She sat down at the small table in front of it. Letting out a sigh, she placed her slender fingers on the piano keys. Pressing down the c key, her heart warmed as the piano radiated a beautiful note. Slowly, she started moving her fingers from key to key creating a soothing melody. A melody that he loved.
......A young man was staring at the figure in front of him with wide eyes. His breathing become faster as the song continued. His whole body felt numb as he remembered that song. Many people played it but this one was unique. It was a breathtaking scene. The moonlight fell on her and the piano like it wants people to know that the moon showed her off as a precious diamond. He felt hypnotized not only by her beauty but also by the tune she played. He felt his heart tear into million pieces when he remembered how they spend time together... In this room... Closing his eyes, he lifted the violin inside his left hand. Placing it on his board shoulder, he let himself sink into the music.
...She was surprised... to hear a familiar sound. She remembers it... She has heard so many musicians play the violin but they can never satisfy her. This sound was different... like music that can be played by only the player itself. Biting her lips, she continued to play the song. Like the old times, when she played the piano, her love would follow her with his violin...
......Their keys and notes fitted perfectly like it was meant for each other. The time seems to be stopped as it was busy admiring their heavenly melody, the crickets outside soon joined them humming and chipping with all they have got. The room that was abandoned for years and was been silent was now filled with ethereal music. Without knowing, their heartbeat became one. He was her and she was him. They were perfect.
Two different bodies but one single mind...
Two hearts beating as one...
......The young man was staring at her with a fast heartbeat. As they finished playing the 'River flows in you' song, the room fell silent again. Only the breathing sounds of those two were available, the young man stopped breathing when the girl slowly turned to him. Those amethyst eyes he missed, those rosy cheeks he missed, those pair of lips he missed. She was in front of him. His world was in front of him. His long lost lover is in front of him. He ran. As fast as he could, to see her close. To have her in his embrace.
Hinata: "Sasuke-kun...?" The girl spoke before their bodies collided into one. She melted inside his arms. His warmth made her feel safe and protected like always. She felt one of those strong arms wrapped around her lower back while another one gently pushed her head toward his broad chest. His flawless face rested on her shoulder and hid inside the crook of her neck. Inhaling the soothing lavender scent that his love always radiated.
Sasuke: "I missed you... Hime." He finally spoke as a clear liquid fell from his eyes.
Hinata: "Me too... I thought I would never... see you again." It was fate that separated the two lovers. She was sent to another country while the man lost track of her. One day they were playing their favorite song and slept inside their little tent and she disappeared the next day.
Sasuke: "Where were you?... No, it doesn't matter. Please just don't leave again Hime." The man who always wore an emotionless face was now crying, his voice shaking.
Sasuke: "I couldn't even play the violin and find any notes since you left." He hugged her tighter, he was so afraid that she would leave him again.
Sasuke: "You have no idea... How hurt I was... when you left." He sobbed while Hinata just leaned into his embrace more. She was feeling the same as him. She couldn't move her fingers whenever she lay her fingers on another piano that is not bought by him.
Sasuke: "You never know how much regret it for not telling that..." He trailed off, gathering his strength with all his might.
Sasuke: "I love you." Hinata almost felt a heart attack...
Sasuke: "I love you so much. I have loved you for a long time. Every day you left me, I still keep loving you. I can't make myself stop loving. I love you more than everything. So please don't leave me again..." He knelt... pulling out the ring from his pocket that he always kept with him. A ring that he bought when he was 15. A ring that is meant for her, a ring that will bind them together.
Sasuke: "Marry me..." He whispered. His obsidians eyes were staring at Hinata with longing, affection, love, and gentleness. Hinata can't even talk anymore. She was surprised yet very happy. Tears just streamed down her face...
Hinata: "Yes, I love you too. I will marry you..."
The two lost souls have finally reunited. They will be together always until... their life on earth is done.
