jisung was literally panicking as he walked to his classroom, holding his boyfriend's tiny hand in a vice-like grip. even if heuningkai had learned with him plus he pulled an all-nighter, he was still not ready for this.
"calm down, it's not as if the end of the world or something," chenle said in an annoyed tone, mentally facepalming at the maknae's antics. "geez, you really want to kill yourself with studies, huh?"
"says you. you're the biggest fucking slacker over here, and i at least care for my future unlike your idiotic self who'll probably have no other choice but to live off me," jisung retorted. "not that i would ever mind, but still..."
chenle was not happy with that statement. he pulled his hands from jisung's and speedwalked to his class, leaving him all alone. jisung immediately regretted saying what he had to and ran towards him. "wait! that's not what i meant!"
jisung grabbed his hand once again, stopping him in his tracks. "come on, don't leave me like that! i told you, it's fine if you live off me, you know?"
"then what about the slacking part, hmm? when did you decided to sound like renjun-ge?"
"that was...come on, that's true and you have to admit it. i don't even know if you'll pass 2nd year," jisung stated, much to his annoyance. "anyways, wish me luck, my class is about to start..."
chenle's expression softened as he quickly pressed his lips to his boyfriend's before wishing him all the best. jisung then ran upstairs, silently praying that he will at least pass the exam. chenle, on the other hand, walked back leisurely to his class, not giving a care about anything happening.
🍂
chenle flopped down on the seat where he usually hangs out, but this time, neither of his best friends had arrived yet. it was pretty normal for him— having a boyfriend who cares for his studies means reaching class earlier than before, and he knew the two wouldn't care to come 15 minutes earlier.
he fell silent as he was starting to get bored; jisung is probably in class and it isn't a good idea to disturb him. he looked towards the rest of the class doing their own stuff, until his eyes wandered to his annoying acquaintance.
ever since that incident, donghyuck barely talked to chenle in fear. he was lost in his own thoughts, probably thinking about the next boy that catches his attention. chenle decided to switch up the roles and annoy him instead, throwing a crumbled up piece of paper on to his head.
donghyuck glanced towards his direction and then immediately averted his eyes, in both fear and embarrassment. chenle decided to annoy him even more as he approached him, taking a seat next to him.
donghyuck still kept his mouth shut as he stole glances at him. not so happy about the sudden cold shoulder from his foolish acquaintance, chenle decided to break the ice. "alright now, what happened with you? still scared, hmm?"
donghyuck lost all his temper as he snapped at chenle. "of course i am! you could have even told me about that bitch of a boyfriend you have! he's scary..."
chenle wheezed at donghyuck's verbal reaction to seeing jisung for the first time. "that's what you call as duality, hyuckie. he's a dumbass but he can be a bit scary at times. and besides, why the hell should i tell that to you?"
"a bit?! bitch, he's a complete dom and can scare the hell out of anyone with a degrading kink before making them violently horny," donghyuck snapped once again. "and if i knew you were in a relationship, i wouldn't have flirted with you..."
"i...damn," chenle said as he was at a loss of words. "didn't know you simped for him too."
"i don't simp over juniors! they're immature, stupid and should fuck off," donghyuck said, his face burning. "i don't know what the fuck is actually wrong with your boyfriend, but if he snaps at everyone like that, i swear the whole campus is going to be on their knees for him."
