CHAPTER FIVE
"So much for fairy dust"

The front door of Regina's house swung open, and the brunette was greeted with the faces of the Charming family. "Miss Swan." She smiled looking at the blonde. "I assume you've come here to apologize for my wrongful arrest."

"I saw you do it." Emma said, trying to hide the anger and hurt in her voice.

"What?"

"I saw it!" Emma raised her voice slightly. "You choked the life out of an innocent man."

"I have no idea what you're talking about." Regina said, looking more confused than anything. "How is that even possible?"

"Magic." David said.

"I saw what happened. It was you." Emma said.

"You went to Gold for help, didn't you?" Regina shook her head. "Are you seriously going to trust him? He's probably the one behind it."

"We don't trust him." Mary Margaret said. "That's why Emma used her magic instead. That way we knew he couldn't try to pull the wool over our eyes."

"You can use magic?" Regina questioned. "Oh, right. The saviour, of course. Well, I can only assume Gold warned you then."

Emma questioned, "About what?"

"Magic always comes with a price." Regina answered.

"That's a price we're both going to pay for this. Henry believed in you. He's going to be heart broken. That's both our prices." Emma said.

"No." Regina shook her head. "I will not let you poison Henry against me."

"You've already done that." Emma said before she turned and started to leave with her parents.

"I want to see him!" Regina said. "He deserves to hear my side of the story! He's my son!"

"He's not! He's mine!" Emma spat as she quickly turned around to face Regina. "And after this, you won't be getting anywhere near him!"

"Do it!" David yelled.

Mother Superior stepped out from behind a tree and fired a blast of blue magic at Regina. But unfortunately for them, Regina saw this coming and stopped it. "Did you really think that would work again?" She asked before throwing the magical orb near David and Mary Margaret. "You will not keep me from my son."

Regina magically threw Emma backwards and down the walkway; and her parents ran to help her up. "So much for fairy dust." She smirked. "Maybe some of your newfound magic can save you now."

"I don't need it." Emma said as she stood up. "I already won. There's no way in hell Henry will believe your lies now. Not after I tell him what happened. You can pretend all you want, Regina, but we know how you are. Who you will always be. The evil queen."
