CHAPTER TWENTY-ONE
"Welcome to Neverland"

The waters on the shores of Neverland were quiet. Everything was peaceful until a portal opened; and the Jolly Roger crossed through. Evander collapsed against the deck (after holding on to a rope for dear life the entire time); and Lorelai tapped him with her foot, just to make sure he was still alive.

"Is that it?" Emma asked.

"Aye. Welcome to Neverland." Killian replied.

Everyone's gazed at the island in front of them. A mix of determination, confusion; and for Lily and her children, fear and dread. They had no way of knowing how deep into the Scarlet Witch territory Adrienne had gone. She could be on the lighter side, as she was when they last saw her; or she could be the full blown Scarlet Witch corrupted by a dark magic book.

They hoped for the former but expected the latter.

Elsewhere on the island, Henry landed on the ground with a thud after falling through the portal. He scrambled to his feet and tried to run; but Renai grabbed him before he could get anywhere. "Slow down there, buddy." She said. "You have nowhere to go."

"Well, we made it. Mission accomplished." Fallon said.

"Are you sure about that? Because my mom is coming to get me. Both of them." Henry said.

"Take a look around, kid. Do you see any clock towers? Any diners? You're a long way from Storybrooke. You're in Neverland now." Renai chuckled as she took out a communication device. It looked a lot like a walkie talkie.

Henry looked over at Fallon. She had a doubtful look in her eyes. It was almost like she wanted to back out of the plan, but she was too deep into it to change her mind.

"This damn thing isn't working!" Renai sighed. She opened up the back of the device; but instead of batteries, she found sand. "What the hell?!"

"I guess it's a good thing you don't ask any questions." Henry said.

Renai sighed in frustration and pulled Henry up onto his feet. The three of them started walking deeper into the jungle.

As Killian sailed the ship toward the island, Lily stood alone and stared at it. She knew her daughter was there; and normally she would have some kind of a plan to deal with somebody like Adrienne, but this time she didn't.

Everyone was here to save Henry, but Lily was having a hard time deciding between helping them and searching for Adrienne. Her number one priority was her children. She wanted them all safe but she didn't know if she could even achieve that.
