Jania and Hoseok walk into the court room hand in hand with neutral expressions on their faces. They stand at the table together and look nowhere but the judge until they're given the okay to be seated. The reason for the case is stated causing Jania and Hoseok to both almost flip their shit.

"We're here today to discuss the case of custody for Mina Jung."

Neither one of them know why Theresa is doing all of this. She's evil and it's so pointless. And that's exactly what's stated by Jania's lawyer. Theresa has no valid reason to want to be around Mina and no reason at all to take custody of her.

"That's my grandchild. What do you mean, no valid reason?"

"I'm your daughter and you disowned me and damned my daughter to hell before she was even born. Now you want to play grandma of the year when your pimp shows his face again? After you spent all of my life mooching off my father?"

"This isn't about anybody but Mina. Don't bring up other things because you want to be selfish." Theresa snaps. "She deserves to meet her grandfather. You can't keep her from him and you shouldn't want to. You need to get to know him as well. You're an adult. It's time to act like one and stop hindering Mina because of your own personal choices. You're making terrible decisions when it comes to her well-being. Both of you are. You don't know what you're doing as parents and that's clear."

Hoseok narrows his eyes at her, fighting to keep his mouth closed. Jania's mouth falls in shock and disbelief.

"That's not my father and even if it was, he's a safety hazard to girls and women everywhere and you're a terrible person. You said that my daughter was going to hell. You didn't want anything to do with either one of us, remember? Why are you doing this?"

"Stop making things up. You hate me so much that you'd fabricate these lies in your own head." Theresa argues. "I just want my granddaughter to be safe and in a loving home."

"You know what you said, Theresa. Why all of a sudden though, are you trying to be in her life? You didn't care when Jania was pregnant. You bad mouthed her the whole time. Both of us. Why do this now?" Hoseok asks, unable to refrain from speaking. Theresa looks at the judge as if he should say something to him about speaking out of turn.. but he doesn't.

"That is a good question, Miss Torred. Why the sudden change of heart?" The judge asks.

"My fiancé helped me realize that we only have but so much time on this earth. I've told him about the things that have gone on and what's happened and we both agree that Hoseok and Jania are not mentally or emotionally fit to raise her. They're very angry people who lash out on others often. My fiancé has missed out on a lot of years and he wants to get to know Mina and London as much as possible. To help raise them up in a loving family."

"But not you and nor his supposed daughter?" Hoseok asks, ready to fume. "You don't find it sickeningly suspicious that this man is so adamant about being in these little girls' lives as they're growing up but doesn't seem to care too much to get to know his 'daughter' first? Is it because she's too old? Is she not young enough for him?" He raises his voice and Theresa's lawyer objects.

"Speculation. This has nothing to do with that. They're just here to get visitation for their grandchild. We can't continue to hold their pasts against them. People change."

"Is that why she shoved Jania while she had our daughter in her arms?" Hoseok fires back. "Because she cares so much about her grandchildren? Is that why she's asking for unsupervised visitation with London but making claims that Jania's unfit to parent Mina?"

"Your home situation isn't stable." Theresa accuses in an innocent tone. "Both of you need to heal your hearts. You physically assaulted my fiancé and Jania has.. mental things that she needs to get over. She acts out very irrationally."
