**You Look Familiar**

I was so busy signing some documents in my office when someone knocked on my door.

It's my secretary steph, hawak niya ang planner niya so I signalled her to enter.

"Sir, Mr. Tan is asking for a confirmation on your appointment meeting on him later this afternoon" aniya.

I stopped what I'm doing and looked at her.

"What's my schedule after Mr. Tan?" tanong ko sa kanya.

She checked her tablet planner to check my schedule.

"You have a set dinner with miss minerva later this evening at 7 o'clock sir" she informed.

Napabuntong hininga ako.

I'm not in the mood to go on a date tonight.

Saka kahapon pa ako binubwisit ng walanghiya kong pinsan na si martin dahil nag aayang uminom at pinag iisipan kong sumama.

Kesa naman makipagdate kay minerva, I prefer the latter.

Minerva Cegasco is a daughter of my father's business partner.

Matagal na siyang may gusto sakin pero hinde ko naman siya gusto.

She's a way younger than me, she's just in her late 20's like 28 or 29 something and I'm not into younger woman.

I prefer woman near my age.

And she's too liberated for me, an easy catch its the reason why I don't like her.

And she's taller than me cuz she's a model,

I wouldn't want a girl like that cuz I'm not that tall ano yun siya pa ang aakbay sakin.

Ilang beses nang nagpupumilit na makipagdate sakin yang si minerva,

I don't know what she really want,

Pinagbibigyan kolang siya minsan dahil ang kulit.

"Confirm my meeting with Mr. Tan and cancel my dinner with minerva tell her I have an urgent matter to attend" utos ko sa secretary kong si steph.

"But sir for sure mangungulit na naman po yun si miss minerva kasi you agreed to have a dinner with her already" aniya habang kumakamot ng ulo niya.

"Kapag nangulit sabihin mo I'll call her tomorrow" ang sabi ko nalang kaya tumango siya.

"By the way sir here's the documents you asked, I think you still need to check those" aniya sabay abot ng mga papeles sa akin.

"Ok just put it there" utos ko sa kanya at itinuro ang dulo ng table ko.

Pagkatapos kong sabihin sa kanya ang ilan niya pang dapat gagawin ay nagpaalam narin siyang lumabas.

I am almost done with what I'm doing and preparing for my meeting with Mr. Tan nung biglang bumukas ang pinto ng opisina ko at pumasok ang walanghiyang si martin at walang pakundangang sumigaw,
