Appearance: When you look at him for the first time, you might think he is trouble with his green eyes, brown hair and black jackets. Elmo always got accused of things he didn’t do, but after a while he started to act as if he did. Elmo is seen as the bad guy of the District, whilst in fact he isn’t.
Personality: People think Elmo is a bad guy in what he does and in who he is, but actually this isn’t true. He is very friendly, but nobody ever talks to him. He usually understands what’s going on, but nobody ever asks him anything. The only thing people see are the outbursts of uncontrollable anger which he sometimes has. Yeah, he isn’t your average District 5 guy.
Three Traits:
1) Can easily understand a situation and make up a way to survive.
2) Knows how to fight with a knife/dagger (he usually carries one since other bad guys want to take over his bad guy position...)
3) He’s a free runner, which means that he can jump over things and climb on things.
