The first thing that escapes his cracked white lips is a curse, feeling his mind begin to drift elsewhere than the present.
When he saw that there was no one near the table his vision began to darken, becoming annoyed that the masked man passed him by.
That man defied him and thought he could get away with it, and that's really getting on his nerves.
The rationality in him was leaving him, causing him to change his behavior, which was about to let the drive within him merge with the rationality he barely showed anymore.
He knew if he let this feeling consume him something wasn't going to end well, he was going to put people in danger just like he had done in the past.
But also something inside him was seething, making him want to hit or kill something, no matter what.
The thirst for blood consumed him as much as the desire to see that wretch of a man beneath his feet, begging for mercy.
This thought was not a bad one, it even sounded very pleasant, after all that animal entered his base unannounced.
On the other hand he kept the members of the Bonten sequestered and bound, making them divulge anything helpful to them about him.
That same being also put his dirty hands on the girl, who was by his side earlier, and also kidnapped her.
Mikey was about to stand up and go in search of the mouse that had entered his burrow but something stopped him.
A warm hand touched his cold cheek, snapping him out of the trance he had been in earlier, the small warm hand was caressing his cheek.
He looked away from the table, and then direct it to the source that was emanating the heat from earlier. His deep black eyes captivated her lively blue ones that had been watching him since before he moved his gaze to hers.
Her hand hadn't changed its position, even though he was looking at her now, her hand still tracing lines across his pale skin making him briefly forget what he wanted to do earlier.
Her eyes full of hope and life silenced him, stopping him from getting up from that spot.
A small smile appeared on her pink lips, which were a little chapped from the cold in the room and probably the cold outside where she had appeared here.
Her left hand, which was lying on the floor earlier, was now placed on his chest, near his heart, most likely to calm him down.
The girl had noticed the change in his behavior earlier and something told her that it wouldn't be a good idea to leave him alone in this matter.
Although she really wanted to leave that dangerous building, she also knew from the boy's look that things weren't going to be resolved with just a light beating.
Senju knew who Mikey really was before this reunion of theirs, which meant she knew who he was, what he was up to, and what he was capable of.
Although right now she should be worried about the masked man who had gotten on the white haired boy's nerves, she on the other hand was also thinking about what would happen when she would left that place and leaving him there alone.
His look was very different from the ones he had displayed throughout the day earlier, and this new look in his eyes meant nothing but good.
So she was just trying to calm him down, bring him back down to earth, make him feel better and forget what was bothering him the most at that moment.
