The Return....

Chapter 53

Christmas Eve day

Jay and Erin were both still in bed, after spending the better part of the night and early morning giving each other treats. Fortunately for them the team was able to help take care of the kids so that they could sleep in.

"So guys we're out here for 8 more days, what's the move looking like?"

"I'm not sure, tomorrow is Christmas Day. So, we can make it more of a Christmas vibe."

"Also, since they're getting married tomorrow we should give them a stag and hen night!"

"What about the kids?"

"That's where Grandpa comes in, I'll watch the kids while you take Jay and Erin out. This will be a good learning experience since I possibly have a 4 year old."

"Yea dad, we are still trying to wrap our heads around that too!"

Kevin stepped up and said "since the kids will be taken care of we gotta find a local spot to host."

"I saw a bar when we were coming in, I'll give them a call. While I do that, how about you all start breakfast!"

Kim headed to make some phone calls while the rest of the team prepared breakfast. As they were finishing up both Leo and Owen walked out of they're room. "Good Morning everyone!" "Morning boys are you ready for breakfast!"

"Yes sir both boys said."

"Is my mom and dad sleep!"

"Yea, they were up pretty late!"

"Okay, Nick can we have a snowball fight."

"I think that would fun, how about we have 2 teams?"

"Me and Owen can be captains, so my team versus Owens."

"We can pick teams after breakfast!"

"Awesome!"

As the team started to plate everyone's plate both and Erin and Jay walked down the stairs. Jay had Chloe in his arms, while Erin was readjusting her ponytail.

"Morning everyone!"

"It's smells amazing in here!"

"Well y'all know Chef Boy Kev can throw down in the kitchen."

"Don't we know it!"

Jay made his way over to the kitchen table while Erin went to the kitchen to fix their plates. She had to put a little pep in her step, after seeing Chloe get a little fussy with Jay. After she fixed their plates Leo handed his mom a covering for his sister.

"I'm gonna feed her first, then eat!"

"Okay, so guys what's the plan for today?"

"Well Leo and Owen want to have a snow ball fight. They're both team captains, so after you and Erin eat we will determine teams."

"Sounds good!"

After Erin fed Chloe, she ate her breakfast and then changed Chloe. Once they were finished both Leo and Owen stood in front of their family waiting to determine their teams. Leo decided that Owen should go first."

"Umm, I want uncle Jay!"

"Dang it, fine I'll take uncle Kevin!"

"I'll take uncle Adam!"

"I'll take uncle Will!"

"I'll take uncle Tonio!"

"I'll take my mom!"

"Aw man I wanted aunt Erin!"

"To bad I got her, your turn!"

"Fine I'll take Nick!"
