Chapter 30

Jay: So how long have you guys known?
Erin: Since the hospital, before we got into that accident that's what I was about to tell you.
Jay: wow, that long? Wait so you could've lost the baby during that accident?
Erin: I could've but we didn't, I still have no idea who hit us.
Will: Antonio didn't tell you?
Erin: Tell me what?
Will: The driver in the other car was Barbara Fletcher AKA your mom...........
Jay: Are you serious?
Will: Yea, after we discharged her Antonio took her to lock up....
Erin: I can't believe they kept us in the dark for almost a month..
Will: Well, I may have suggested them to wait till you were out of the hospital. I know your going to be mad at me but I didn't want you under any stress especially after both of you had just had a major surgery.
Erin: I'm not mad at you, I'm pissed at bunny. I threw my entire fucking life down the tubes for her, and she nearly kills my family. Why did a woman like that have to birth me, why couldn't I just have a normal mother.
Jay: I don't know, I hate what she's done to but I'm also grateful as well.
Erin: She just....
Jay: Yes she fucked up, but babe she gave us you. So she is a shitty person, but created the  amazing woman I love today. I know you want to be pissed, but let's look at the bright side Leo, you, me and our little nugget are fine. Plus bunny's locked up right now, so let's just focus on our little nugget and Leo.
Erin: I hate that your right, but she is locked up again.
Jay: Exactly, so how far along are you?
Erin: I think I measured at 11 1/2 weeks, so I'm almost done with my first trimester.
Leo: What's going on in here?
Erin: Nothing we were just talking. Are you and Owen done collecting all the eggs.
Leo: yea, I got more than Owen but I thought it would be better if we just split the eggs up evenly.
Will: That was really nice of you. Hey, how's the arm doing.
Leo: It's doing good I have to wear the sling for 2 more weeks and then I can get back on the field.
Will: Can't wait to see you out there. How about we go try out the new water slide I just brought.
Owen: I don't have changing clothes.
Leo: I have an extra pair of swim trunks you can borrow.
Owen: Thank you, let's go!
Leo: Come on dad, and mom!
Owen: come on mom and dad!
Will:😳☺️ We'll be out in a sec!
Natalie: He just called you dad.
Jay: How do you feel?
Will: I just feel lighter, but I feel great.
Erin: I'm happy for you. Now you might wanna join the kids outside.
Will: Shorts please.
Jay: come on.
Erin: I have some new bathing suits 👙, so let's get you into one.
Natalie: Thanks Er..
Erin: no problem, Jay you should put a bag around your leg. We don't want your cast getting wet.
Jay: Okay! What are going to wear.
Erin: I'll wear a swimsuit, but I won't be sliding with you guys. I will be sunbathing with our little nugget.

Erin showed Nat a brand new swimsuit, while Erin also went to change. Erin was still self conscious about her scar on her hip, but she let it slide when she saw her belly. Erin stood in front the mirror looking at her bump when Nat walked into the room and saw her. Nat stood behind her and tied the string to her swimsuit and said "Baby is already growing, you look beautiful Er".

Erin: Thank you!
Nat: Jay is one lucky guy!
Erin: I'm the lucky one! I got two amazing boys and a new nugget on the way.
Nat: Yea, but we've never seen Jay this happy and that's because of you and Leo.
Erin: Don't make me cry, so come on let's go join our boys.

The ladies joined the boys outside, Leo and Owen had smiles stretched so far across their handsome little faces. Nat went and joined the boys while Erin sat directly in the sun, in the hammock Jay sat up for her. The sun started going down, so Erin headed inside to change and order everyone some pizza. By the time they finished up outside the pizza had arrived and Erin had set up the living room for a movie night. None of them had to work the next day and both boys didn't have school either. Erin had started a fire in the fire place, even though the day started out in the high 80s it quickly drop below the 60s really quickly. Everyone went and changed their clothes and then grabbed a few slices of pizza and headed to the living room. The movie of the night was the Game plan. The scene where the Rock participates in the ballet play, Erin whispered in Jay's ear "if we have a girl would you do that if she asked you"? Jay turned and looked straight in Erin's eyes and said "I'd do it in a heartbeat❤️". Erin placed a gentle kiss on jay lips and snuggled into his side some more. They finished watching the movie, and the boys were both sleep on the floor. Erin told Nat and Will they were more than welcome to stay in the spare room it was already set up. Will picked Owen up and Jay picked leo up and they brought the boys to Leo's room. Nat and Will went to the other room after saying goodnight. Jay and Erin quickly straightened the kitchen and the living room back up and then headed to their room. Before getting in bed they went to the bathroom to shower, of course they made it a fun shower. When they finally did get out of the shower they both got dressed and hopped in their bed.  Jay wrapped his arms around Erin and she snuggled closer to his chest.

Jay: When should we tell Leo?
Erin: well his pictures come in tomorrow, so tomorrow.
Jay: His pictures?
Erin: yea, I have a preview of it. Look at his shirt.
Jay: That's really cute, and when do you wanna tell everyone else.
Erin: Well the first trimester is over next week and we get to learn the gender in a few weeks. So how about have a "Thank you party" for helping us out during these last few weeks.
Jay: How about we do the gender reveal when Leo season ends?  I have a great idea too. We could put the gender...........
Erin: I love that idea, and you know how much I want him to be included too.
Jay: It's a win for all of us. What do you think this little nugget will be or hope to be?
Erin: After watching the Game plan I would love a little girl. What about you?
Jay: Honestly it doesn't matter, as long as she or he has your toughness and heart I'll be happy.
Erin: Awww, but if it's a boy, I want him to have your charm and eyes.
Jay: We already have a mini me, so we need a mini you.
Erin: Are you sure your ready for another me?
Jay: I'll take as many of you as I can. She will be another girl that stole my heart.
Erin: I really love you!
Jay: I really love you too! Now come on and let's get some sleep, can't have both of my babies cranky in the morning..
Erin:Jayy....🙄🥰
