Chapter 10

Haven pov

I wake up bouncing with excitement. Today is the day that I go to magic school and I get my wand. I quickly get dressed in the clothes that I got from Jare for my seventh birthday. They are charmed to grow with me and are disguised goblin armor. Then I put on the necklace he gave me for my tenth birthday. Charmed with various protection charms.

After that I head down stairs to have breakfast with my family for the last time until winter. Mom is in the kitchen making breakfast and Sarah is at the table.

"Good morning Hades. Are you excited to go to school today?"

"Yep and I have all the things I need so you don't have to worry sis."

Sarah looks happily at me. Then mom calls out, "can you guys make sure Toby and your father are awake, breakfast is almost ready."

"Yes, mom." I say before making eye contact with Sarah and running up the stairs. "I call waking up Toby."

" No fair, dad is so hard to wake up." She wines before heading over to his room.

I head into Toby's room and see him peacefully sleeping. I walk over and shake him. "Toby it's time to get up."

"In a little bit I'm still sleepy."

"Oh but Toby, breakfast is ready and I head off to school today."

At that he shoots up out of bed and runs over to hug me. "I'm going to miss you hads." He mumbles into my shirt.

"I know but I have to go." We sit in silence for a while. Until I hear mom call up to us. "We better go get breakfast."

"Uh-huh."

We head downstairs and sit at the table. We talk and joke until we hear the door bell ring. Toby answer it and let's Snape in.

" Time to go we still have to get your wand."

I turn around and give everyone a hug. "I'll miss you guys. I'll send you lots of letters." I say before running upstairs to get my trunk and Nox. We say or final goodbyes and we apparite to digon ally to pick up my wand.

"Mr. Williams your wand is ready, you just need to give it a swish and flick to make sure it works properly." I do the movement and warm sparks shoot out of the top of the wand. "Brilliant sense you paid yesterday you are good to go. Enjoy Hogwarts."

We head out and apparite to platform 9 3/4s. Very few people are here but I spot draco. " Greetings draco, how are you this fine morning?"

" Greetings Haven, I am doing well. what about you?"

" I am doing well. Shall we get on the train."

"Yes. Goodbye mother, goodbye father."

"Goodbye draco see you for yule."

He nods at his parents and starts to get on the train I follow him and we get into a compartment before settling down for the ride.
