Break ended and everyone returned to school. Over the last week of break I talked to Jare. He said that sadly there was no way to not show up as part Potter on the blood test. Though it would show up as a more distant relation due to the fact that I am now a Williams.
It is a week into the new semester and things are starting to go down hill. Rumors are flying about a Cerberus on the third floor and people keep asking if I am a Potter.
Currently the halls are full of people heading to lunch as I make my way to the headmasters office. The blood test is today and boy am I not excited.
I make it past the statue and knock on the door. When a voice says come in I opened the door to reveal my ex family along with Dumbledore. I roll my eyes and take a seat. "Ok Mr. Williams I need you to put three drops of blood in this vile."
I pull out the knife I got from Jare for my tenth birthday. I run it across my finger tip before letting three drops fall. I quickly cast a simple healing spell on my finger.
The other people in the room seem confused by my show of magic and the clear cost of the dagger. The potion goes from a shimmering silver to a dark pink. Lily seems disappointed and sad while the rest just look at the potion confused.
"It shows here that you are a Potter but not the missing one. Your blood is not enough Potter. I would guess that you are a second cousin to Harry here." I nod to show I understand while grinning in my head at the fact Jare was right. At least they don't think that dick is my brother anymore. Once I'm 17 I will inform lily only that I was infact her son.
After a minute Dumbledore gestures that I can leave. I walk out and head to lunch next course of events is the Cerberus. I spend the rest of the day collecting rumors. When night hits and everyone is asleep in there dorms I inform Cedric of what I am doing and shadow travel to the third floor.
I arrive to see it sleeping on a trap door. It's so skinny. I change into my demon form that death taught me how to use. I walk over to the Cerberus and pet it I see a collar so I read it. Fluffy is what it says. He wakes up and looks at me curiously. "Hi buddy do you want to come with me. I can provide lots of space and food." He nods all of his heads happily and wags his tail. I decide the best place for him is in the labyrinth. So I quickly take him there, tell jare about the situation and head to bed snuggling against Cedric.
