Childhood freinds pt2

Its matts flight day and he's packing his bags while i make us some toast for breakfast. I take our plates up and sit on his bed. He looks at me and i see his eyes linger on me while i eat.

" what?" I ask and he shakes his head. " im gonna miss you so much. Its too early to go home." He complains and i smile.

"I know, i dont want you to go. But next halloween Chris and Nick better be here." I warn him and he nods. " if i have to drag them on the plane then i will." He says and comes up to me and kisses me. " you have jam on your lip." I laugh and he smiles.

He packs his bag and when he's downstairs my family rush to the front door go say goodbye. " well miss you so much." My mom says and he hugs them all.

" you sure we cant come." My little brother says and i tell him no. " sorry buddy, ill call you tonight when i get home." He promises and fist pumps my brother.

" come on, dont want to be late." I say and he nods i roll his suitcase out and put it in the trunk.

Later that night he sticks to his promise and calls my brother around 7 after we have had dinner and he's sat on the sofa and he leaves and sits in his room with the phone.

" matt wants to talk to you. BYE MATT." My brother says and passes me the phone, i take it upstairs and lay under my covers. " hey, get home safe." I ask and he says he did.

We talk all night and he falls asleep on the phone while im at the bathroom. " matt you there." I ask and i hear a groaning and moving on the other end of the line. " uh, yeah." He groans and i take the phone.

" stay asleep if you were, im tired too." I say and he groans in response. " okay talk to you later." He says and i say goodbye and hang up the phone.

~Next year~

I hear a knock at the door and i rush up and see the three triplets stood at the door. I run up to matt and kiss him, we have talked everyday and seen each-other a-lot since last halloween.

" hey baby." I say and kiss his forehead and his cheeks. He walks in and they bring in their bags. I show Chris and Nick to the spare room and matt bring his bags into my room.

" wanna see the costumes." I say and they nod, matt looks sceptical from last time and i reassure him its fine. " ALVIN AND THE CHIPMUNKS." I say and hold up bear headbands and different coloured shirts. An a on the red one.

" who's gonna be who?" I ask and Chris snatches the red shirt out my hands and a bear headband. " im Simon." Nick says and i hand him his green shirt. " your a cute Theodore." I say and he rolls his eyes.

" im gonna be a chipete." I say and he smiles. " i didn't know which chipmunk you would be so i bought an outfit for either. But i really liked the green one so thank god your Theodore." I say and pull out my green shirt and denim skirt.

Later on when were getting dressed i hear the boys laughing in the other room. " whats so funny." I ask and walk in. Matt looks up and smiles at my outfit. " nothing, come on." He says and leads me back to my room. He sits on my chair and i sit on his lap.

" lets do you guys some freckles, i have a brown eyeliner." I say and he rolls his eyes. " okay sit up." I say and straddle his lap, i draw three dots on his cheeks and then a dot in the middle of his nose. The boys walk in to see what were doing and i feel matts hand hold my skirt over my ass.

" what we doing in here." Chris asks and they both plop down on my bed. " your all having freckles on." I say and do their makeup. Matt drives my car and i sit up front.

The party is full and i hold onto matts hand and we walk to the drinks table and get sodas, im driving back home. " dance with me, please." I ask matt and he nods and we go to the dance-floor and he holds my waist as we dance together.

" im gonna go and pee." Matt says in my ear and i nod. I see Chris and Nick in the playing some game in the kitchen and i go over.

" this party is so boring, i wanna watch halloween cartoons." Nick complains and i nod, i see matt walk down the stairs and then i motion him over.

" were gonna head out." I say and he nods, his hand slides around my waist and we drive home. " im gonna make drinks and get changed, lets get these cartoons on." I say and head up to my room. I go downstairs and make hot chocolate for all us and sit on the sofa with blankets. " matt, come here." I whisper and he cuddles under the blankets with me. Matt holds my hand and i remember when matt held my hand on halloween when we were 10.

~8 years ago.~

Were watching cartoons and im still scared from trick or treating, i feel matts hand hold mine and i look up but he's looking straight ahed so i look forward too.

" y/n fell asleep, lets put her to bed." I hear matt say and i feel him pick me up and take me to my bedroom.

" goodnight y/n, sleep well." I hear him whisper and shut the door. I hear him leave and smile like crazy.

~Now~

the cartoons are over and everyone has finished their drinks. I rinse out the cups and head up to bed. Matt is asleep under the covers and i kiss his forehead and cuddle into him.

" i love you." I whisper and he smiles and says i love you too. " i had good fun today." I say and cuddle into him. He wraps his arms around me and i cradle my head into his neck.

" your costume was so cute, your beautiful." He says and i smile and kiss him like crazy. " night baby." I say and he kisses my forehead and i rub his hair and he groans before falling to sleep.
