Riverrun, The Riverlands

127 AC

"Do dragon's like fish?" Kermit Tully asked Jacaerys. The two boys had become fast friends.

"Yes, it's part of the appetite. On Dragonstone we sometimes watch them hunt fish and other aquatic animals." the Heir of Driftmark answered as they looked down at the dragons.

The two boys were watching Telarion, Vermax, and Arrax fly over the Red Fork, trying to catch fish from the Red Fork.

Syrax stirred form her nap and roared at them. Beckening the younger dragons over, she began to teach them how to fish.

"Is Syrax...?"

"Teaching them? Older dragons teach younger dragons, and then when the younger dragons get older they teach the new younger dragons." Jacaerys explained.

"Like us, we learn from our parents." Kermit said.

"Dragons are smarter than men. We don't control them, we bond with them. They chose to obey our orders, but if they don't want to they won't." the Heir of Driftmark further explained.

Seaguard, The Riverlands

127 AC

"Can we see Harrenhal on our way back?" Daenaera asked her mother.

"We will, don't worry little dragon." Rhaenyra smiled.

Daenaera hummed happily. Ser Harwin Strong had always been her favorite knight before his death, and she was so happy he was still alive.

Harwin was married to one of her mother's Ladies in Waiting, Rhea Reyne while his sister, Elinor Strong, was married to Ser Willas Mallister, the Lord of Seaguard.

Ser Willas was one of Rhaenyra's strongest supporters, and he served as Master of Laws on the Small Council.

Rhea had given birth to twin sons, five year old Fabian Strong and Daniel Strong, and a daughter, three year old Maria Strong.

So at Seaguard, the royal party was staying for Elinor and Willas's fifth anniversary. The couple had three children: five year old Lyonel Mallister, named after Lyonel Strong, and three year old twins Duncan Mallister and Seren Mallister.

So many of her mother's ladies in waiting were married or in Johanna's case, betrothed. Bethany Manderly was married to Fabian Celtigar, and was not on the progress since she was pregnant with her second child.

Catelyn Tully was married to Jeyne Arryn's cousin and heir, Rickon Arryn, and had given birth to three children: six year old Victor Arryn, four year old Anastasia Arryn, and two year old James Arryn. She was still serving Rhaenyra as a Lady in Waiting.

Isabelle Celtigar had recently married, Vanessa would marry Jason Lannister once the progress was over, and Johanna would marry Borros Baratheon once the royal progress was finish.

Twenty two year old Oliver Redwyne had joined the progress, and was successfully courting twenty two year old Serena Royce.

Alayne Tyrell and Olivia Redwyne were lovers, Daenaera had walked in on them once and left before they could see her. Same with Eira Stark and Alysanne Baratheon, who she saw kissing and had hidden until they left.

She never understood why the Faith preached against women loving women and men loving men. Love was love, as long as it didn't hurt them why was it a sin?

According to Eira, the Old Gods didn't preach against women loving women and men loving men. In Dorne, no one would bat in eye if a Dornish man loved another man.

Which made her more confused about the Seven.

That is today's chapter. I hope you all enjoyed it!
