—RAIN—

- fawns.
- like.. full on swoons.
- he falls in love again.
- it's very cute.

you titled your head, looking down at your right hand as you picked at the thick strings of rain's bass, adjusting how you were sat on the floor.

you had taught yourself a song that he had written. it was titled 'LAC'. you had no idea what it meant, but you wanted to surprise him.

as you finished up the song, letting the last chord ring out over the amp, you heard a small sound of surprise.

you looked over, seeing rain standing in the doorway with wide eyes.

"oh.. uh.. hi, raindrop." you smiled. rain could've sworn his knees were going to buckle, but as he closed the door and took a step forward, he remained on his feet.

"what're you doing, dove?" rain asked softly, shuffling over and sitting in front of you, reaching out and placing his hand on your knee. you smiled, picking up the sheet music that you leaned against a pile of books.

"i found this like a month ago. i've only ever had experience with bass so i learned it on yours." you said bashfully, showing rain the papers. rain took them from you, his smile widening.

"i was wondering why it was in tune all the time. it never was until about a month ago." rain chuckled. "could you play it for me?" rain asked, holding out the sheet music. you smiled, taking it and setting it up against the books.

rain watched as you adjusted how you were sitting, stretching your fingers out before starting to play. rain felt his face heat up about 10x more than it normally did when he was around you, the water ghoul bringing his hands up to his face to hide his blush and big grin.

—MOUNTAIN—

- it was very amusing for him to watch you struggle with the setting of his seat since he was so tall.
- but he found your slightly confused face adorable as you tried to do different things with different limbs.

you huffed slightly as your left hand started doing what your right leg was doing, your eyebrows furrowed as you abruptly stopped playing.

you were just messing around, not taking anything too seriously until you couldn't do any of the different skills on different limbs. then it became serious.

"fuck- goddamn it! stupid fucking arms and legs.." you grumbled to yourself, stopping yourself from throwing the drumsticks down.

"you wanna put the least amount of focus into whatever is easiest." mountain said, stepping further into the band room, his arms crossed. he had been watching you from the doorway, a fond smile on his face.

"you weren't supposed to see me doing this.." you mumbled, setting the drumsticks down and quickly standing up. "why?" mountain asked, tilting his head as he made it to your side. "i dunno.. it's just- it's embarrassing.." you mumbled. mountain smiled, reaching out and cupping your face, turning you to him.

"i think it's cute." mountain grinned down at you. you huffed, crossing your arms and pouting slightly. mountain laughed, wrapping his arms around you in a hug and slightly rocking side to side.
