Simon and Eva are locked in a room. She is wide awake now and crying her heart out, she wanted her siblings and she wanted Bob! Simon held her and he pats her back and bounces her as He looks through the glass and pounds on the door with the hand not holding up Eva, "Hello! Anyone? I'm just an accounting student. I have no value to anyone. And I barely saw your faces, so if you let me go, I couldn't even identify you. Not that I would, 'cause you guys are vampires! Who would believe me? I didn't even know you guys existed until yesterday! Is anyone there?" He rambled put and the word Vampires made Eva cry louder because her siblings had told her scary stories about Vampires before, "hey sh sh sh, Eva everything is gonna be fine, your siblings are going to come for us any minute now..." he said drifting off at the end and Eva rubbed her eyes on her onesie sleeve, her elephant ears were flopping around every time Simon bounced her, "I-I want Bob!" She cried "I want Alec, and Izzy and Jace Dane!!" She sobs and Simon rubs her back and bounces her as he pounds on the door again, Raphael appears on the other side of the door. It makes Simon jump back, he puts his hand on Eva to protect her as Raphael walks in. "If your goal was to scare the crap out of me, mission accomplished!" Simon says making Raphael glare at him, Raphael slams the door behind him and it makes Eva whimper in fear, and Raphael directs his sight to her for a second before glaring back at Simon "And as far as I'm concerned... you can have it out with those Shadowhunters. Especially, the blonde one." That made Eva cry out "no! Not my Jace! You can't h-hurt them, you..." she was trying to think about what she had seen on the tv before at the institute "you have go through bees first." She said proud of herself and Raphael laughed before walking closer, Raphael comes closer and Simon backs out until he is closed in between Raphael and a coffin. "You know, you don't need us. Especially her she's just a kid. And a cute one! You can't kill a cute kid,"  Simon said raising her a little, she gasped and started crying more when Simon mentioned killing kids Raphael cocks his head to the side looking once more at the child regretfully before looking right back at Simon, this boy was not made for kids he's making her worse, Raphael thought "On the contrary, I do." He said as He growls and shows his teeth making Eva and Simon scream. Raphael rolls his eyes before grabbing Simons arm, making sure he didn't grab the one supporting the child before Simon is directed through the hotel and pushed into a living room by Raphael. "So how does this end? Do I, uh... do we get out of here or what?" He said as he readjusted Eva in his arms and Raphael shrugged smirking at Simon "The answer to that is above my paygrade." He said and Simon looked amazed "Paygrade? They... they pay vampires?" And Eva sniffled drawing attention to her in Simons arms "Let's just say we invest early and often." Raphael said watching Simon and Eva, Simon wanders round the room and he ends up walking into room a statue. "Ow!" He says and that makes Eva smile and slightly giggle "oh so that makes you laugh! God you really are Jace's sister," he mutters and Eva scowls "and Alec's! And Izzy's! And Max's!" She says and Simon is confused he hasn't met a Max yet, he was going to ask who he was when Raphael interrupted him "Sit down." He instructs but Simon keeps walking and looking around. He has to set Eva down because his arms are sore "Why won't you sit? I really hate fidgeting." He says and that makes Eva gulp, she tries to tug Simon to go and sit on the couch "why don't you take a seat pequeña?" He says and Eva slowly let's go of Simon and toddles to the couch sitting as far away from Raphael as she can, before Raphael turns to look at Simon "I'm just, uh... just looking." He says and Raphael moves around the couch, he picks up on Eva's heart beating faster "For a way out? Ooh. There isn't one." He says and hears her heart beat even faster "I mean, all the, uh... the cool stuff you guys collect. Steal." He has picked up a vase and imitates a horn making a noise into it "It's—whatever." He says and Raphael rolls his eyes at Simon "Leonidas the First has been trying to peddle that junk for years. Museums make you prove antiquities are legit these days. And you little girl have to calm down before you pass out." He says listening to her breathing start to pick up, she looks up at him with big watery eyes as she starts crying again, whilst Raphael is distracted with Eva Simon sees a dagger. "Yeah, naturally." He mutters and Raphael rolled his eyes, moving slowly in front of Eva, raising his hands to show he meant no harm "I need you to take a big deep breath and..." he zipped away and was back within a millisecond "...have a drink of water for me." He said helping her with the cup because it was glass, it seemed like she was a bit calmer, "what's your name pequeña?" He asks her and she wipes her eyes before mumbling "Evangeline Rosa Lightwood." Raphael freezes "Rosa?" He whispers and the girl tilts her head making the huge elephant ears flop to the side, the odd tear rolled down her face but she wiped it on her sleeve of her onesie, Raphael thought she looked cute in her elephant onesie, the young girl had had the hood up the entire time making her look like a baby elephant, "yes that's my middle name, Alec told me so." She says proud to mention her big brother and Raphael cracks a small smile before it vanishes "When they ask where you got it, what do you say? It's not against the law to rob my own grave." Raphael said turning his attention back to Simon as he stands up and moves to the side of the couch just beside Eva as Simon grabs the dagger and throws it into Raphael's chest. Raphael chuckles and Eva screams and begins to cry again "Oh, my God." Simon says as Raphael takes out the dagger "Oh, please. Honestly, I just got this jacket. There's no way out. You're a hostage, so accept it." Raphael says glaring at Simon "I'm a hostage? That means you won't kill me, yeah?" He says and breathes out a shaky laugh, as a woman in a red dress walks in, "Won't kill you? Who said that? Raphael. Oh, look. How sweet. You're bleeding." She touches the blood on Simon's forehead and licks her finger. Eva had slowly slid off the couch and was actually moving towards Raphael who was still standing beside it, she didn't like the scary lady, she didn't particularly like Raphael either, but she currently trusted him more than the freaky lady "I am so looking forward to getting to know you."
