Alec Messes Up

Heidi is the name of the blonde woman who is sitting on the couch, Alec and Izzy are standing across from her "Why are you so willing to turn on your own clan?" Alec asks her and she smirks "Well, they're not my clan, not really. I heard them talking about an attack on the wolves, and I never thought they would actually do it. And now, I couldn't live with myself if I didn't say something." Something with Eva wasn't sitting right and Eva didn't know what it was but she had a suspicion that this girl was lying "How do you live with yourself, knowing you murdered that tech at the blood truck?" Izzy says and Eva is a little in shock "I couldn't. That's why I brought him back to life. Because I felt terrible. I..." Heidi trails off and Eva squints her eyes at the girl not believing a word that she is saying "What about Praetor Nick?" Eva felt sad when Izzy asked that because she had heard stories of the Praetor Lupis and she was sad to hear that one of them had been killed because of an attack orchestrated by the vampires, Eva didn't know what was going on in the down world anymore and that made her feel very sad "You don't understand what it's like to be drained of blood, murdered, and then to wake up days later and you have no idea where you are. You feel like an animal. Alone, and so thirsty. And I just couldn't control myself." Heidi says and Alec looks at Izzy as Eva sits on his knee staring down the blonde vamp as Bob did the same thing "Oh, tell me you don't believe her. She held Simon's family hostage." Izzy says and Eva gasps looking to Izzy "is Dane's family okay?!" She says worried and Izzy nods her head "I know. I still feel so terrible about that. Lilith is the one who talked me into that. I was actually getting better at the Praetor until your blond friend kidnapped me." Heidi says and Eva realises who "Jace..." she says quietly and Heidi looks between the three of them "Can I please get another chance? Look, I am not saying that I'm a Girl Scout. I just thought that... I hoped that you could forgive me." She says and Eva can see in her eyes that she isn't being sincere so she crosses her arms and Bob also does the same "Never gonna happen." Izzy says and Heidi scoffs "Why? You forgave Raphael." She says and Eva is confused "Why? What did Raphael do?" She asks and Heidi smirks realising that Eva doesn't know "She didn't tell you? Raphael is the one that brought me back. He kept me locked in the DuMort to run experiments on me. He tortured me for days and then your sister just let him go." She says and Eva's eyes fill with tears "No.... No that can't be true... Your a liar!" She shouts before grabbing Bob and getting off of Alec's knee and running out the room as her siblings call after her, she runs all the way to her bedroom and climbs under her bed taking a pillow with her and she lies on the floor under her bed as she cries "don't cry Eva... she could be lying about Raphael!" Bob says trying to cheer her up but Eva shakes her head "out of everything she said that is the one thing I actually believe is true... but Raphael is good! So... so why would he do something so bad?" She says crying and Bob sighs and crawls out from under the bed and comes back a minute later with her baby blanket and her new unicorn stuffed toy that Magnus bought her for her birthday "why don't you take a nap?" Bob suggests and Eva just sniffles and nods before allowing the elephant to put the blanket over her and tuck her in before she cuddles the unicorn close "I'll be back soon Eva I have something I have to do." He says crawling out from under the bed leaving Eva under the bed to nap as he went off to find Alec to tell him how Eva was doing and he found Alec talking to Izzy and the other shadow hunters were getting ready to raid the Hotel Dumort "He committed a gross violation of the Accords." Alec says and and Izzy sighs shaking her head "He's trying to turn his life around." She says and Bob approached them "It doesn't change what he did." Alec says as he looks at his sister and Izzy nods her head as she thinks about it "You're right. Get me a Portal to Detroit. I'll bring Raphael in myself." Izzy says and turns around noticing Bob "where's Eva?" She asks the elephant who sighs "she tired herself out from crying so she's napping under her bed for a while." Bob says and Alec sighs "I'll check on her later because I've got far too much to worry about right now." He says and Bob doesn't like how he said that and crosses his elephant arms as he glared up at the big shadow hunter "Eva comes first Alec, she should be your main priority not just because she's your sister but you also adopted her... you need to take some responsibility." Bob says shaking his head and before Alec can reply Bob turns and walks off going back to watch Eva for a few hours.
