'My bucket list might not get fulfilled, but I'm gonna get that gold medal. See ya later extras.' Baejongu jokes as she leaves with Ijiro towards her court

I was getting ready for my fight as I was fighting in about 8 fights myself. Anya was doing the same, fighting in 3. IyeShi was already on the court as well, putting on his shield, with coach Ishijo sitting for him.

'You okay to be with me again?' Nitsu asks me

'Absolutely.' I smile. '

'Can you not KO this one? I need that reward.' Jimin teases

'Wow. What kind of a win would it be if I had to let you win?' I tease back

'You're making me work overtime.' He sighs jokingly

I leaned into his ear, 'No. Your overtime starts once we're back at the hotel.' I giggle as I pull away

'I'm supposed to focus on my fighting, you demon.' He tells me off

'I'm sure you'll be just fine. 2 more and you're done.' I smile at him. He is actually looking okay. Not at all nervous.

'True. Let's get those matching medals.' He grins, lifting his pinky. I smiled, wrapping my pinky around his.

'On it.'

My fight came on before I knew it. He... warmed me up... enough earlier, so I don't need to do that.

'Sniffing again, weirdo?' Jimin teases me, giggling as he feels me sniffing him. I can't help it. Every time he hugs me, his scent attacks my heart, and it goes racing. He just smells so damn amazing, even when he's sweaty.

'Deal with it. It's my battery recharge for the battle.' I joke

'Okay, my little warrior, go win your battle.' He chuckles. 'Good luck.' He places a kiss on my forehead

The rest of the group hugged me as well, wishing me luck. Time for the silver.

'Still not nervous?' Nitsu asks me

'Nope. I'm good.' I smile at him

'Jimin calming you down?' He asks. He didn't seem to be teasing. He looked like be genuinely wanted to know

'Quite the opposite, actually. He's the only thing making me nervous.' I laugh at myself, making him chuckle as well

'Ah, I see.' He just nodded, smiling lightly
'Let's get that shield on.'

Damn. She really is trying to either intimidate me by her power, or she is extremely strong. It doesn't hurt me, but I can feel it. By now, I'm used to way stronger hits.
We were testing our shields and she really put some power behind that kick. I'm not gonna bother. I'll do it in the fight. Take her by surprise.

*Round one starts*

She went straight for my head, but I covered on time, scoring a point under her leg and into her shield. I heard her wheeze a little. She didn't prepare herself for it. Good, Good.
She attacked again, going for my head again. I jumped to the side and hit her instead, pulling off her helmet with a neryo kick, screaming as I did it. Sometimes it helps to scream.

She tried being more careful and tried to pick and choose when to go it, but she is slow. It's almost as if her legs are stuck in the mud. It was like a free punching bag for me. She never moved in time. She is, however, strong. She's got a lot of power in her. But you need a lot more than that to win.

I did a quick spin kick into her shield, hitting her full power. She either has terrible balance and core strength, or I'm a hulk. She shouldn't have fallen on her ass just like that.
