'That was stressful to watch. The entire gym is looking at one person. I'd shit my pants.' Jungkook comments as we're walking out of the arena
'It is not the best feeling in the world, but you get used to it when you're in this for a long time.' I tell him
'You looked completely calm, though.'
'Because I used to compete in this. But it was more you guys in the stands. Oh, talking of, where the hell did you get that banner from?' I start laughing
They all start giggling and laughing as well, and then Youji says, 'The cadets thought it would be funny, so they made it.'
'Love those kids. Made me laugh. I tried so hard not to burst.' I say, laughing
'Did you see us make hearts with our arms?' Jungkook asks, all proud
'You were sticking out like a sore thumb.' I laugh.'Loved it, though. Thanks.'
'What was with all those girls walking off the mat?' My brother asks
'If you don't know the Poomsae, you still need to go out and bow, then leave. Pretty humiliating, isn't it? To think I could have been one of those if I didn't joke around last night.' I shudder
'Those things usually look really boring, but when you did them, they looked so interesting.' Youji comments
'You know just as many as I do. What are you on about?' I laugh
She rolls her eyes, 'Not even half, and the ones I do, I can't do them like you can.'
'Then practice. I wasn't born doing them the way I do.' I chuckle
'No, I'll stick to fighting.' She nods to herself
'Me too.' Jungkook and Youji high-five
'Jimin, you were helping her the entire time. Do you know them as well?' Suri asks him
'I know them, but nothing close to what she does. Compared to her, I look like a newborn dear.' He laughs at himself
'Yeah, to think of it, you never did a single one. You just helped me fix the little things. How come I didn't notice until now?' I ask
'Aaah, no, no, before you ask, I am not doing it.' He backed off straight away. Then he thought about something for a second, 'Unless..' He leans in to whisper something in my ear.
'Unless you let me leave a mark somewhere else.' He grins
'This sounds more like a double-win than a deal.' I joke
'Really?' He sounds surprised for some reason
'What did you tell her?' Jungkook asks Jimin
'Nothing.'
'Nothing!' Both of us answer at the same time
'Now, that's suspicious.' Suri teases
I decided to skip over her little comment. 'Thank you, all of you, for coming today.' I didn't really care if anyone came or not, but seeing all of them made me so happy
'We're a family. Of course we'd come.' Youji hugs my arm. 'I still think we should celebrate it somehow. At least go out for food or something.' She pouts
'There is really no need, guys.' I say
'Honey, just go. Go have some fun.' My mom says
'I'll bring her home, so don't worry about it.' Jimin says to her
'Thank you, Jimin.' She smiles at him
'I'll see you home then. Bye, guys.' I hug my parents and my brother, staying with Jimin, Jungkook, Suri, and Youji.
