'I mean, we could have taken her with us.' Jimin pouts. He's been pouting ever since we went home because Ae Mi took Binna back.
'In a few days. We need to get some rest before taking her. She's a baby. She won't sleep the entire night, and we can't take care of her if we don't sleep either.'
'I hate it when you're right about these things.' He pouts even more
'It's okay. We'll have her in a few days.' I hug him
'First things first.' He lift me up like a princess, making me giggle. He carried me to our bed, sitting down on it and leaving me on his lap. 'Finally. Our own bed.' He smiles
'While we're here.' I smirk a little, slowly sliding my hand around his collar, clutching it gently
'That's a good idea, Misses Park.'
-----
'Where are we even going?'
He told me he had to take me somewhere but couldn't tell me where. He won't even tell me what to wear, not to give me a hint. At least it's summer, so I don't need to worry about freezing.
'You ready?' He is just ignoring any questions
'I guess. It's not like I know what to wear or anything.' I sigh in defeat
He giggled and came to me, wrapping his arms around my waist
'You look beautiful.' He brushed his nose against mine. 'Let's go.'I had no idea where he was taking me, but I'd follow him to death. And so I'll gladly let him do whatever he wants.
We drove for half an hour until I realised where we were going.
He is taking me to that little lake where he told me about his dream of the Olympics. That place is beautiful.
'Jimin, is this-'
'Yes.' He smiles, looking at the road ahead. 'One more thing I need to do.' He giggles
I got even more excited when he turned into the little path that takes us straight to the lake. It looks beautiful in the daylight, too.
We came here more than once, but it was always in the evening. But now it's still bright and sunny outside.
Everything was in contrast to the usual scenery. The dark, black looking grass was now bright green and bathed in sunlight. The meadow was covered in all colours of flowers, and the water was reflecting the sun, glistening undres the light. It was a perfect mirror of the trees on the side and the sky above.
I couldn't wait to step outside.
'Here we go.' He smiled, pulling the handbrake. 'Stay there.' He jumped out, then ran over to my side to open the door, offering me his hand to get out myself.
'Why, thank you, Sir.' I giggle, taking his hand
'This way, m'lady.' He bows, then kisses the back of my hand
'Full on prince charming today, are you?' He's gonna make my heart explode
'The situation requires it.' He winks
He grabbed a backpack he brought from the backseat and threw it over his shoulder, taking my hand. We walked over to the little soft spot on the meadow, where he pulled out a big blanket and placed it on the grass for us to sit on. Or lay. I think he got the biggest one.
'Get comfy.' He smiles
What in the world is he doing today?
He sat down on the blanket next to me and stretched out his legs, taking a deep breath. 'This place is heaven.'
