'That's true. Besides, you're 3rd in the entire world. That's a crazy achievement. Don't take it so lightly.' Jimin smiles at her

They can all be in a slump, but if Jimin praises them, they perk up right away.

'He's right. Not everyone can say they got a world medal. It's a huge achievement. Even getting to the tournament it huge.' I add

She sniffled, but she stopped crying.
'All of you are right. I need to suck it up and try harder next time so this doesn't happen again.'

'There you go. That's the spirit, kiddo.' Jimin pats her on the head

So far most of the team had their fights. And, unfortunately, not all of them got a medal. 3 of them lost their fights before getting a chance to fight for a medal. 3 of them got the 3rd place. And the 6 of us are still fighting on.

So far, Chen is fighting for bronze next fight. Iyeshi is in the running for the same one. Jimin secured his silver and is fighting for the gold next. I had my fights as well and managed to secure silver. The other two, JinWoo and La In, are both fighting for their silver medals next.

'Chen, La In, get ready fellas.' Coach calls them

'I better get that medal so I can brag to Suri.' Chen chuckles at his own joke, cracking his neck

'She threatened you, didn't she?' Jimin laughs, and poor Chen nods in defeat

'She most definitely did. She told me she is going to kick out my knees if I lose in a dumb way.'

'That sure is a way to motivate someone.' Coach Ishijo was listening to us, laughing on the side. 'May I ask, who is it that made such a lovely threat?'

'My girlfriend. Suri. She trains with these two.' Chen gestures at us

'Oh, Kim Suri? -51?' Coach seems to remember her well

'You know her?' Poor Chen looks like he's gonna have a heart attack

'How do you not know that your girlfriend used to be on the same team you're on right now?' He is even more bewildered

'That little shit didn't even tell me.' Chen scoffs. 'Oh, boy, we gonna have words when I'm back home.'
'Why didn't you two tell me!?' He yells at Jimin and me

'How could we know that you don't know?' I chuckle

'Traitors. All of you!' He got all dramatic, taking his mouthguard and walking off in the most dramatic way, making everyone laugh, including coach

'I'm gonna warn her really quick just so she knows what to expect.' I laugh, taking out my phone

Crap. Did not expect this. Not today anyway.
