*knock knock knock knock knock*

'I'll get it.' Soo Ho goes to the door

'Sorry to disturb, is this where Rin Min lives?'

Just hearing the voice made my blood boil, but it made Jimin completely freeze. He stopped breathing. Just like the first time he came over to his house.

'Can I ask who you are?' Soo Ho asks him, avoiding answering his question

'Oh, apologies. I'm just looking for my son, Jimin. I thought he might be here.'

'Stay here.' I tell Jimin, and walk over to Soo Ho, glaring right at his father. 'You won't find Jimin here. I'm afraid you're not the only one looking for him.'

Soo Ho was just looking at me in confusion, but he didn't say a word. He's smart. He should pick up on it.

'Hello, Rin.' His dad is just smiling creepily at me

'I'm afraid she's right. We haven't seen him in a few days.' Soo Ho goes along, coming a bit closer to the door. He is tall so he looks quite scary.

'Do you mind if I come in for a moment? There's something I'd like to talk about.' He asks

'No, thank you. We can talk like this.' I tell him. There is not a chance I'd let him in.

'I do not want to argue. I know for a fact he's here. I saw him through the window.' He states

'Then you should know he doesn't want to see you. You're not getting in.' I tell him

'Rin.' Jimin says my name, coming from the living room. Soo Ho pulled back as he saw Jimin coming over. He joined my parents who came after Jimin and were just standing in the hallway, watching everything.

'Are you okay?' He asks me, looking right at his father

'There you are. There's no need to hide, son. I'm here to talk in peace.' He smiles at him. My God, do I want to punch him.

He tried walking in, but I stepped in front.
'You can talk from there.' I glare at him

Jimin looked just like last time. Scared. He stood behind me, not moving a muscle.

'Rin, can I ask you nicely to move aside?'

'No. I'm standing right here.'

'Jimin, could you please tell your girlfriend to let me in?'

'No.' Jimin says, barely mustering the words

'Sorry, what was that?' His father repeats in a threatening tone, asking him to repeat that. Looks like Jimin never said no to him before.

I looked at Jimin, nodding lightly, giving him a light push forward. He can do this.

'I said no.' Jimin repeats, this time sounding more confident. 'She won't let you in. None of us will.'

'I think you're forgetting who you're talking to, boy.' He tried taking a step again, but I'm standing my ground

'I know who I'm talking to.' Jimin keeps sounding confident. Good. Keep it going.
'We have nothing to talk about.'

'Do I have to teach you a lesson again? Was it not enough for you last night?' He threatens Jimin

I felt Jimin take a step closer to him and is now right behind me. 'Maybe someone should teach you instead.' He spat out

'You are still just a boy. Look at you. Hiding behind a girl.' He mocks him, trying to provoke him

'Trust me, she is protecting you right now.' Jimin is finally standing up for himself
