You placed a box of chocolates on the kitchen counter, making sure everything looked perfect. It was just a vase of flowers and a box. You knew your boyfriend wasn't much into the holidays like you were but you just thought it would be nice to get him something. You sat down in one of your soft chairs, looking for somewhere good to go for dinner. "Will I even have time?" You mumbled, placing a reservation for a fancy Italian diner.

You skipped to the front door when you heard the heavy steps and keys jingling against each other, snatching up the box of chocolates on the way there. You stood in front of the door, the box of chocolates in front of your chest. The door slowly opened and you held a joyful smile as soon as you saw the skull "Happy Valentine's day!" You giggled, holding out the box for him to take. Ghost looked down at the box, a confused look in his eyes "Oh." He took the box from you and opened it, picking a few up and inspecting it. "Oh come on, it's not like I'm going to poison you." You took a chocolate from the box and popped it into your mouth. "I wasn't thinking that." He closed the door and took off his boots, placing them near the door. "Oh! I got you something else"
You skipped into the kitchen, grabbed the vase, and ran back to him. You gave him the vase that held the beautiful flowers, giving off a very soft floral scent. He took the vase, an unreadable look in his eyes. "Thank you..." He mumbled, placing the vase down on the small table by the door. He lifted up his mask right above his nose, placing a kiss on your lips "I didn't get anything for you" He pulled the mask all the way off, and set it down right next to the vase. "It's fine, I have a reservation for us at that one Italian restaurant" you waved your hands, walking to your room to go get dressed.
You looked through your wardrobe, shuffling through all of your clothing till you picked out one of your favorite outfits. "Perfect," you mumbled, changing into the softer fabric. It felt so good to finally dress up again, Simon wasn't much of a date night guy so you never really dressed up for him. You stepped back into the hallway, stretching your arms above your head before calling out "Simon, get dressed. We leave in like 30 minutes, you know how I drive." You could hear him groan and get up from wherever he was sitting. You laughed, walking back into your bedroom and sitting down on the edge of the bed, looking at your phone. "Do we have to go, I just got home, and I kinda..." He mumbled as he walked over to where you were sitting, leaning over and placing his hands on your shoulders. "Kinda what?" You pulled him closer by his arms, embracing him in a hug. "I kinda want to stay here with you instead of going out to eat" He moved his face into the crook of your neck, taking in your unique scent. "Oh, baby...Fine, only because you're such a cutie sometimes."

You sat on the couch in just some shorts and a bra, you flipped through the channels on the Tv as you ran your fingers through Simon's hair. "Quit changing it, pick something" He groaned, poking your side. "Fuck! Simon, don't do that" you slapped his hand, picking a comedy and leaving it. He snickered at you and poked at your side again, getting the same reaction out of you. "I swear I'll kill you if you keep doing that" You snapped, slapping his hand when he did it again. "Come on, don't be such a bore" he sneered, grasping both your wrists in one hand, his other tickling you. "S-Stop!" you cried out, trying to pull away from his hand that kept torturing you. He kept going till there were tears in your eyes, you repetitively begging him to stop. He gently slid his hand across your bare stomach, admiring your frame as you slouched there breathlessly.
"I'll get you back for that one." You glared at him, your cheeks flushed a light pink
"I'm sure you will"
