CHAPTER 47

Anastasha's POV

I'm quietly staring at Leigh right now. I can't help it, she's really beautiful. I won't get tired staring at her all day.

I let out a heavy sigh as I remembered the reason that brought us here. I can't save her again. How coward I am...

I immediately looked at the door when I heard it opened and I saw Cehir coming in with food on her hands.

"Nakakain ka na?" She raised the food and I just shook my head.

"Nope, but I already ordered my food." She just nodded and went beside me to kiss Leigh on her forehead.

"I'm glad na inaalagaan mo sarili mo." She looked at me and smiled so I did the same.

"Yeah... I know that Leigh will get mad if I don't take care of myself." I shrugged and laughed a little.

"Yeah." She smiled sadly and sat beside me while looking at Leigh.

"I missed her already..." I weakly whispered and hold Leigh's hand and caressed it.

"Wala pa bang balita?"

"None." I heaved a sigh and stared at Leigh who's still lying on the hospital bed.

It's been a month honey... It tortures me everyday seeing you in that condition.

"Pwede namang ako muna magbantay sa kaniya, pahinga ka muna." I just shooked my head and give her a smile.

"No, don't worry, I'm fine. I want to be the first person she will see when she wakes up." I answered sincerely and she just worriedly looked at me.

"You sure?"

"Yes don't worry. I'm taking care of myself naman." I gave her an assuring smile and she just nod at me.

I watched her as she went on the couch and started unpacking the food she brought.

"Intayin natin yung order mo tapos sabay na tayo kumain." I just nod and looked at my phone to see if the delivery man is already near.

"Okay." As I said that, someone knocked at the door and she immediately got up and opened it.

"Ayun sakto." She smiled and pointed the food I ordered that she is holding.

"Okay let's eat." I kissed Leigh's forhead first before I stood up and sat beside Cehir.

"Pupunta rito si Ally mamaya."

"Yeah. She already told me that. Is she still managing the school?" I raised one eyebrow as I asked her that.

She's really stubborn! I already told her that she doesn't need to handle the whole school since she already replaced my classes.

"Yeah~"

"She's so stubborn! I already told her that my mom is already managing it for the meantime. She doesn't need to work overtime, can you please tell her that?" I irritatedly said and scratched my eybrows due to annoyance.

"Okay! Bakit pagalit pagkakasabi mo?!" I just rolled my eyes and pointed the fork at her face.

"Are you not used to me using this kind of voice when I'm irritated?!"

"Ewan ko sayo! Parang hindi tayo pinag-engage ah!" She irritatedly shouted back at me and I just hit her head.

"Engaged my face! We didn't like it. We literally both had different relationships at that time! You always cry to me when you and ally fight." I exclaimed and hit her head again and she rolled her eyes on me.
