After watching Cleo take Pope away into the trees to forest some berries, JJ tugs me to my feet and leads me down the beach until we reach a rocky part. My boy sits me down and starts teaching me how to make my own spear, wanting me to help him catch fish for us to eat tonight.

I watch him intently with a small smile on my lips, watching the way he sticks his tongue out a little when he's concentrated and the way his ringed fingers work away so effortlessly.

"Do you think anyone will find us?" I wonder aloud, the blonde boy's eyes looking to mine in confusion "You know, like rescue us?"

"Rescue?" He chuckles as if I'm being silly "From what? From...from paradise?"

"I'm not going back. Ever" He adds and I smile softly, continuing to follow his instructions as I shake my head.

"I mean, look around. We got everything we need. Right here" JJ assures me and I look up at him.

"A little weed would be nice" I joke with a shrug and he laughs, nodding.

"How's yours looking?" He glances at the makeshift spear in my hands "You ready to provide for the family?"

"What do you think?" I grin, lifting it to show him.

"It's perfect, angel" He tells me, leaning down and pressing a kiss to my lips "Let's go kill something"

"That was so nice. Why did you have to ruin it by saying that?" I huff, pushing his face away from mine and pulling myself to my feet.

"That's exactly what were gonna do" He shrugs and hops up, the both of us heading towards the water.

"But it sounds so harsh" I frown at my boyfriend "Fish have feelings too, Jayj"

"You spend far too much time with Kiara" JJ scoffs, wrapping his arm around me and I roll my eyes.

We reach the water and JJ pulls his shirt off over his head, throwing it onto the dry rocks. My heart skips a beat at the sight of his sun kissed abs glistening in the reflection of the sun bouncing off the water and in my distracted state I trip over my own feet.

"Woah, steady there" JJ chuckles, catching me before I fall on my ass and my cheeks heat up in embarrassment.

"Sorry, I was distracted" I smile awkwardly.

"Oh, yeah? What's got my girl so distracted that she's tripping over thin air?" JJ teases me, knowing exactly what I was looking at.

"Don't be so smug" I huff, pushing myself out of his arms.

I hand the smirking blonde my spear and peel off my sweatpants, leaving me in my tight black gym shorts and red tank top. Throwing the sweatpants over where his shirt is, I take the spear back from him and internally thank myself because it's far too hot to be wearing them in the daytime.

"I see you, Cameron. Fair play" JJ hums with a grin, staring at my ass and I tap his chin up so he's looking at my face.

"Eyes up here, Maybank" I scold him with a smirk of my own and he licks his lips, his grin only widening.
