Phoenix POV:

"What do mean my dad knows this witch"?

I asked Roswell for the hundredth time this evening.

We are still in Blaze's hospital room and after we intertwined our fingers I could finally feel Blaze/Nezm, but unfortunately I still can't link either of them.

Roswell explained to me that while I was talking to my parents I some how blocked our mate link without me knowing it.

I was actually upset because I thought that Roswell had actually blocked me, me not knowing it was me who had blocked him, not only him but also Blaze/Nezm.

'I do not know Phoenix'. 'That was the last thing Blaze/Nezm said before our link collapsed'. 'I haven't been able to reestablish the link between us'. Roswell replied bringing me out of my guilt trip.

"My parents only ever mentioned one witch and if I remember right, she has died a long time ago". I told him. I watched him nodding his head.

'Yea I know'. 'Luna Larry told me the same thing'. Heard him say softly.

"Don't worry Roswell". "If it's a witch Blaze/Nezm needs we will surely find the one we need". I told him, squeezing his hand.

'Phoenix come to my office'. My father linked me. I sighed and told him okay.

"Roswell I need to go to my father's office". "I will be right back". I told him squeezing his hand once again before grabbing Blaze's hand and squeezing it lightly before I left the hospital room.

I stood at the door for a moment, not wanting to leave either one of my mate's, but I needed to go to my father's office.

It took every ounce of my strength to pull myself away from the hospital door and walk towards my father's office.

Not wasting time or knocking I walked right into my father's office. There I was met not only with my parents, uncles but also Roswell's parents.

'Phoenix sit please'. I heard my dad say. I nodded my head and sat in the chair next to my father's desk.

"Why did you call me father"? I asked him a little nervous.

I heard everyone in the office sigh before my father answered me.

'I'm not sure if the witch Blaze/Nezm mention is the one both your dad and I know, but if she is, I can guarantee she will help us'. 'But if it's another witch then I'm not so sure'. My father rushed out. It was my turn to sigh, but I stopped abruptly because of he said.

"What do you mean if it's the witch you know"? "How many witches do you know"? I asked him rushed. I heard him sigh before he looked at my dad and after my dad nodded his head he looked back at me, sighing again.

'Remember the story your dad and I had told you and your siblings when you six were growing up'? He asked and I nodded my head yes.

'Well the sage, now witch is still a very close friend of ours'. 'I'm not sure if she is the witch Blaze/Nezm ment but your dad and I was going to contact her and ask her for her help'. 'If she is not the witch Blaze/Nezm ment, we will still ask for her help, but to help us find the witch we need in order to help Blaze/Nezm's. My father explained. It took awhile for his words to settle in my brain before I could understand completely what he ment. I nodded my head once I understood what he had said.

"What is the name of the witch"? I asked no one really, but both my parents at the same time.

'Her name is Meridia'. 'She is the only witch your father trusts with our lives'. My dad said.

I hummed remembering the name of the witch I met at the Academy when I first started.

'I know this is a little overwhelming right now Phoenix, but just try and stay calm for your mate's'. I dad said.

I nodded my head towards them and stood up from the chair to leave my father's office and go back to the pack hospital, which is what I have wanted to do ever since I left Nezm/Blaze's hospital room.

'Before you go Phoenix, try and link Nezm/Blaze, so we can hopefully get more information about the witch he mentioned'. My father said.

I nodded my head, but replied to him with a mek sounding "ok".

"I'll be at the pack hospital if you need me". "Try and contact your witch friend". I said before walking out of my father's office.

'Phoenix are you okay'? I heard Roswell link me. I nodded my head yes, but stopped after I remembered we are not in the stay room together and that he linked me.

I sighed, but answered him.

"I'm fine Roswell". "I'm sorry if I'm giving off stressful vibes, but I'm fine". "Really I am". I told him cutting off our link once I reached the pack hospital.

Sighing once again, trying to remove the stress I'm feeling before I walk back into Nezm/Blaze's room. I don't want him to feel how stressed I am right now, especially in his condition.

I walked into Nezm/Blaze's room as quietly as possible, not wanting to disturb either one of my mate's.

'How'd the talk with your parents go'? Roswell asked me, startling me.

"It went as well as to be expected, especially since we are not sure what witch Nezm/Blaze is talking about". "Although my parents did mention a witch that they are really close to". "They are hoping she is the witch that Nezm/Blaze meant". I explained to him a rushed.

'Hopefully she is the one that Nezm/Blaze meant'. Roswell said. I nodded my head and sat down beside him grabbing Nezm/Blaze's hand.

"I'm sorry Nezm/Blaze". "I should have been by your side instead of letting my hurt cloud my judgement". "If I had just talked to you, maybe you would be fine, and not laying in a hospital bed". I linked Nezm/Blaze.

'It''s not your fault'. I heard a faint voice say.

I gasped not knowing if it was Nezm or Blaze linking me.

"Please Moon Goddess watch over my mate while he is vulnerable". I prayed to the Moon Goddess.
