Blaze POV:

I knew if I didn't tell Phoenix the truth of why I ignored our mate bond and cheated on him, he could have just read my mind. I'm actually glad he chose not to, yet I'm still scared if I don't tell him the truth soon Phoenix will just go against his self and read my mind and once he does I'm sure I will lose him as my mate, maybe even Roswell to.

I'm actually a coward, I knew the moment I turned sixteen that Phoenix was my mate, unfortunately I chose to pretend that I didn't know even after I knew Phoenix knew I was his mate, not because I didn't love Phoenix, no not because of that.

You see Phoenix and I have been inseparable every since my parents adopted both my brother and I, so Phoenix and I have been extremely close since our childhood. It's actually because I had fallen in love with his older sister and I couldn't face Phoenix knowing I was in love with his sister, but not just any sister. I fell in love with his older estate sister, the sister that had always tried her hardest to cause problems for Phoenix when he was just a pup, just because their parents, (especially Uncle Larry) gave Phoenix more attention because of Phoenix special abilities and they were afraid that some of supernatural creature would find out about Phoenix special abilities and would pupnap him.

I sighed heavily remembering why I fell in love with Phoenix sister Lia and why I avoided my mate bond with Phoenix, knowing that just because of my insecurities I caused pain to my mate and will most likely lose Phoenix and may be even Roswell as well.

'Blaze.' Roswell growled through our link.

I sighed as soon as I heard Roswell's voice blare through our mate link. I could feel just how angry he is just from how tense he called out my name through our link.

'What'? I growled back to him through our mind link. I heard him growling through our shared with the way I answered him.

'Do not raise your voice at me MATE.' He gritted out loudly through our link. Not wanting to further make Roswell mad, I took a few deep breaths before finally asking him what he wanted.

'What can I help you with Roswell?' I finally asked him trying to keep my frustration out of my voice.

'You need to stop stalling with your answers whenever Phoenix finally decides to asks you more questions Blaze.' 'You truly need to stop this.' It's not only tearing Phoenix apart but it is also starting to tear us apart.' 'I refuse to lose either one of you, so you need to stop being a coward and answer his questions.' Roswell growled out angerliy, shaking me to my core. My poor wolf was whimpering in my head. I sighed heavily nodding my head but didn't give him an answer.

I sat in my room trying to figure out how am I going to just answer all of Phoenix questions and still come out of what I would kindly call an interrogation, with both of my mate's.

'Son are you okay?' My dad asked me. I snapped my head up to see my dad standing in my room. I didn't even heard him walk into my room. I sighed and shook my head not really answering my dad's question.

'I cannot hear you Blaze.' My dad said. I took a deep breath and stood and walked towards my dad. As I stood in front of my dad, I finally decided to explain to him what I haven't wanted to say since the last time we talked about this.

'Dad remember when I told you I was in love with someone other than my mate and that was one of the main reason I had started to cheat on my mate?' I asked my dad and waited for him to understand what I had just asked him. I watched as my dad slowly took in the question and then stared at me nodding his head.

'Well today my mate had asked me repeatedly why I had cheated on him.' 'He also asked when exactly did I find out he was my mate?' I couldn't bring myself to answer him and instead of him reading my mind, he just walked off angerliy because I chose not to answer him. I explained to my dad.

'So you chose to stay quiet and silently thanked him for not reading your mind, yet your upset because he didn't read your mind?' My dad asked me.

It took awhile for me to understand what my dad had just asked me. It took awhile for me to also realize that maybe what my dad had just said was correct.

I sighed again, shaking my head I sat on my bed running my fingers through my hair trying to calm myself down.

'You really do need to tell your mate, not only because Phoenix could easily just find out the information his self, but more than that is because if you do not tell him soon, you will not only lose Phoenix, but you might also lose Roswell as well.' My dad said.  I nodded my head agreeing with him.

'Dad believe me I know this.' I told my dad feeling exhausted.

'Phoenix and you have been inseparable since you were pups and until you came to me and told me you were in love with some supernatural creature that is not your mate, you two stayed inseparable.' 'I still do not know whom had captured your heart even after finding out that Phoenix was your mate, and instead of accepting Phoenix you chose to cheat on your mate causing him so much pain that if you were not my son I would have tore out your heart.' My growled out. I sighed and nodded my head agreeing with him.

'Tell him.' My dad said as he walked towards my door.

'I will dad.' I told him and ran my fingers through my hair once again.
