King Kyrie's POV:

Over the years I have seen Alpha Laurent angry , but unlike today I had only ever seen him this angry once before and that was back almost seventeen years ago when his mate Luna Larry was wolfnapped and tortured by his own father.

Knowing his past and what he and Luna Larry went through, I decided not to stop him from attacking Maxwell even though I promised Maxwell's parents I would protect and watch over him while he attended the Academy courses, I never promised I wouldn't punish Maxwell if he did something wrong.

As soon I walked into my office followed by Alpha Laurent and Phoenix I heard Phoenix sigh and I felt bad and even a little sad for him because my son chose not to follow us to my office.

I explained the best I could to Phoenix how Roswell might be feeling right now. In no way does that mean the way Phoenix is feeling is any less important. I sighed heavily as I sat in my office chair followed by Alpha Laurent and Phoenix, who sat in the two large chairs next to the window by my desk.

'Okay Alpha Laurent can you explain to exactly what happened to Luna Larry, and why you believe it was Maxwell who had hurt your mate'? I said, asked him.

'First off 'King Kyrie', it's Laurent and Larry stop with ALL this formality, especially since we are in your office'. 'Secondly, the reason I know it was Maxwell, was because Blaze sent me the image of the person whom attacked Larry'. 'The problem is I never felt Larry being attacked'. 'If it weren't for Blaze sending me the images and asking for help I would have never known'. Laurent explained sadly, lowering his head and sighing heavily, most likely to stop the tears I seen build up in his eyes, from falling.

'How is Larry'? I asked him, just realizing that I never asked him how Larry was.

'He's fine'. 'I don't know if Maxwell knows how special Larry is, or if he knows anything really, but Larry is fine'. Laurent said.

'Laurent, what exactly did Maxwell do'? I asked him. I know Laurent well enough to know that if Larry truly is fine he wouldn't have came all this way in anger.

'I'm not sure what to call it, but he blocked Larry from his self'. 'Larry turned on his self and began tearing at his own skin'. Laurent explained with a blank and haunting face.

We heard a gasp from the door and all three of us turned our heads to see my queen standing at the door with a hand over mouth and tears welling up in her eyes.

'Hello Isabel'. I heard Laurent say. Isabel nodded her head and began walking towards us.

'Hello Laurent'. 'How is my favorite supernatural power couple'. Isabel asked softly.

'We are fine'. Laurent said, lowering his head again.

'I only heard a little of what happened'. 'I am so sorry something happened to my favorite Luna again'. Isabel said. I watched as Laurent's face lit up when my wife mentioned Larry in a soft and tender way.

'So what happened'? 'And who did it's? Isabel asked a little rashly.

'Dear, your precious Larry is fine'. 'And the one whom attacked him is in our dungeons'. I explained to her. She has always had a soft spot for Larry, especially after meeting Larry and Laurent's first set of pup's, and when Isabel was pregnant with Roswell she was on the phone all the time with Larry talking about the possibilities of our pup's being mate's. I chuckled at the last thought realizing our pup's are true fated mate's.

'Where's Roswell'? I heard Isabel ask, bringing me out of my thoughts.

'He is in the dungeon'. I simply answered.

I heard her gasp and stand up. I quickly wrapped my arms around her waist and pulled her back down onto my lap.

'Maxwell is the one who attacked Larry'. 'I am sure the reason Roswell is in the dungeon, is to find out why he thought it would be a good idea to attack Larry'. I explained to her I felt her nodding her head in agreement.

"He said the reason he attacked my dad, was because my parents had me". Phoenix explained sadly.

'Wait what'? Isabel said.

"I couldn't read his thoughts or the real reason he attacked my dad". "But he said it was because my parents had me". "After he insulted my dad for being a male Luna". Phoenix explained a little bit more aggressively.

I sighed holding onto Isabel tighter after I felt her go stiff in my arms.

"Queen Isabel, if me being Roswell's mate, is going to cause problems for my family especially my parents". "I would rather Roswell reject me". Phoenix said, staring off through the window not looking at any of us.

'No'. Laurent almost yelled.

'Your father is right'. Isabel said. 'My son has waited for his mate, every since he understood what a mate truly means'. 'He didn't act like those typical Alpha's that ran around and tainted them selves not waiting for their mate'. 'Roswell will be crushed if you reject him'. Isabel explained, softening her words at her last words. I nodded my head agreeing with her.

'Phoenix every relationship has hardships'. 'It's how you respond to those hardships that either strengthen your bond or weakens it's. Laurent explained. Again I nodded my head agreeing with what was said.

'Look Roswell wasn't the cause of Maxwell's stupidity, and neither were you'. 'Maxwell is the one that decided to attack your dad'. Isabel explained. I watched as Phoenix nodded his head.

'About Maxwell what is the plan'? Isabel asked me.

'I don't know yet, it's up to Laurent'. I told her looking at Laurent.

'If he was an adult I would have just killed him, but he's not even old enough to know that he acted rashly'. Laurent said. I sighed knowing Laurent would have never actually hurt that stupid pup.

'He is a man, he is nineteen'. Isabel gritted out.

'Yes he is nineteen, but he is still a pup in my eyes'. Laurent explained. I watched as Isabel nodded her head agreeing with Laurent.

'I came as though I wanted to kill him and believe me I want to'. 'If I will punish my own son for draining his dad's energy'. 'I can kill anyone whom attacks my mate, my Luna, my Larry'. 'But to me, in my eyes he is just a pup I cannot hurt a pup, Larry would kill me'. 'Besides we need to figure out how he made Larry attack his self'. Laurent explained. I nodded agreeing with everything he had said, especially when he mentioned Larry would kill him if he hard any pup.

'How about we set up a meeting with Maxwell's parents and also come up with his punishment's'. I suggested. Every except Phoenix nodded their heads in agreement.

'I'm heading home, I can feel Larry/Blaze calling me'. Laurent said.

'I will walk you out father'. Phoenix said, standing. Laurent and I shook hands, and he hugged Isabel, wishing us good day and good bye.
