Laurent's POV:

I got Larry's link that something had happened to him. He explained that a voice that sounded familiar to him from his past, had done something 5o him that does not allow Larry to open his eyes, but he could hear what is happening around him. I felt fear instantly run through me, but after Larry's link telling me he is okay, i was able to calm down a little

I could feel Larry's confusion and slight pain, but Larry kept reassuring me that he was okay and not to worry.  Clearly I would worry this is my mate, my heart, my love,  but Beast even assured me that our mate is fine and I was able to calm down and focus on what needs to be done.

"Father how come I can not feel dad"? Phoenix linked me. I sighed and tried to control myself before I answered my pup. I knew Phoenix would be able to feel something was wrong the moment Larry was blocked from us, but I didn't want him to be brought into everything that is happening.  I was afraid that my pup would make his mother to shimmer him along with both his mate's to where we were if I  did not give him a good explanation, and even with my explanation there was still a chance that he would still demand to be shimmered to where we were.

I sighed heavily trying to speak.

"Father please". Phoenix pleaded. Feeling as though I had no other choice I chose to explain to him honestly what was happening.

'First my pup promise you will not react until I explain everything to you'. 'And second just know your dad is safe, even though it feels as though he is not'. Third this is almost over'. I explained quickly.  Not hearing a reply I sighed heavily once more and began to explain to Phoenix what had happened.

'Your dad has been captured'. 'Phoenix calm down I am not done. I told him as soon as I felt Phoenix rage through our link.  'The supernatural creature or whatever it is had done something to your dad that has made it impossible for your dad to open his eyes, but he can hear everything that is going on around him'. 'The special entity that our Moon Goddess left inside your dad when he was giving birth to you and your siblings his helping keeping your dad safe'. 'More importantly your dad his self has assured me he is fine'. 'The reason cam not feel him is because, we want whatever supernatural creature that is doing this to believe that he or it has the upper hand'. I explained to my pup as soon as possible. 

I know it's hard to explain this to Phoenix and Phoenix not getting emotional especially since Phoenix and Larry are extremely close, closer that the his other siblings. I can feel through our link that even though Phoenix is calming down a little, he is still upset and a little anxious. I sighed when I felt a presence behind me knowing it was Jackson. 

Like Phoenix, Jackson is extremely close to Larry and is worried and anxious for Larry.

I had to explain everything to Jackson and after a few moments of silence Jackson finally spoke.

'No matter what happens in here, let's make sure this ends today'. He all but growled out. I nodded and we both began to walk as quietly as possible further into the cave like hut. 

Even though Larry was momentarily captured, I felt at ease knowing not only is our warriors and our friends warriors is here with us to finish this, along with the special entity our Moon Goddess left behind in Larry to keep him safe.

'Mother Moon told us this would happen'. Beast said. I nodded remember what Beast had explained to me about what our Moon Goddess has told him while I laid unconscious in the pack hospital room. Even though it had been sixteen years and most, if not everyone had forgotten the warning, Beast had not.

He was always very overly protective of our mate since he came home. I wish I would have been more protective too.

'More protective'? Beast asked me scoffing.  I chucked at him knowing what he meant.

'Laurent,  there is a huge door here'. Jackson yelled out quietly.  I hummed and walked towards him. I do not remember this place this big, but in all fairness I only visited this place a couple of times and only ever stood close to the opening  not really wanting to visit the place I stupidly ignored while looking for my mate.

'I do not remember this place being this big'. I voiced out what I had been thinking to Jackson absentmindedly.  I watched as he nodded his head. He too has visited this place a couple of times after he met and became close to Larry.

'Me either'. Jackson replied. 

'Shall we enter'? 'Shall we enter'? Both Jackson and I asked at the same time. We both nodded our heads and tried to push the door open. Unfortunately it wouldn't budge. We tried several times before Jackson decided to shimmer and get Egon and Meridia in hopes they would be able to help us. I have a sinking feeling that the door is being held closed by an untraceable magic, which neither Jackson or I could detect, which left both of us a little uneasy but we had to get through the door. We had yet to find the warlock behind all this.

Our warriors had already gathered all the supernatural creatures that had not been k*!!ed and took them to the dungeon. Those that had been k*!!ed was dragged out and set on fire, since most of them were vampires.

'Meridia can you open it's? I asked Meridia as soon as she showed up, along with Egon.

'I can Alpha, but it will take time'. She replied. I nodded slightly and moved out of her way.

"Father". Was all I heard from Phoenix before the door bursted into splinted wood and there on the other side of the doors stood my mate, tied to a large pole beaten and my son standing fiery red above a wounded older man.

All's I could smell was blood coming from the older man and untamed rage pouring out in waves coming from my son.

'How'? I asked stunned.
