Sampson: After months of reconnaissance we've discovered approximately 5 total Advanced Siren facilities around the world on many unknown islands

Enterprise: And you're sure this is all of them?

Enterprise says as she sits down on a couch in front of the coffee table.

Sampson: We have confirmed it, these facilities contain many weapons and machinery such as time jumpers, new weaponry, undiscovered technology, and Siren cloning

Elizabeth: Very well done, have we organized a plan of strategy?

Sampson: Affirmative, we'll split up teams of even numbers to attack the facilities at a specific time, once the facilities have been infiltrated, they will all be blown up at the same time, Burke?

Burke walked up to the table and stood next to Sampson.

Burke: There will be heavy security as well, after learning of our victory against their most powerful Elite Siren

Ethan stood off to the right of Burke with his arms crossed.

Ethan: We have the Advanced Sirens at their knees, we blow up these facilities, they'll be forced to draw back some of their forces

Sampson: After that, we take the fight to the head honcho of the whole Siren operation, and when we take them out, all the Advanced Sirens will be forced to retreat, effectively causing this whole war to end

Ethan: Other factions will be joining us in the operation, Sakura Empire was notified two days ago. They've sent a few of their ships to us

Eugen: I have notified Iron Blood, they know everything about the plan

Sampson: There can be no margin of error, if we slip up, the entire operation could very likely fail

Ark: When does the operation start?

Sampson: The operation will begin in four days

Jones: So what do we call this operation?

Jones said as he looked over at Sampson.
Sampson looks around at everyone. They all stare at him in silence.

Sampson: We call it, "Operation Sea Thunder"

After the meeting, Sampson would find himself on his destroyer, lying in bed in his quarters. His hat and sunglasses would lay on the side table, while he lay there, staring at the ceiling, deep in thought. Remembering everything he had seen in his time as a shipman. More specifically, the tragedies he witnessed. Back to the the aftermath of the first battle, seeing the blood, severed limbs, was severely injured, or deceased shipgirls lying everywhere.

To the time he learned of York's tragic death. Watching Ford die in his hands in the middle of the sea on his stricken carrier deck. Seeing the terror and pain in Helena's eyes as she was eaten alive. And the smiles on both Hipper's and Cape's faces as they passed away in front of him. Even though he saved Eugen, he could never get the image of her being restrained to a chair and beaten out of his head. But the memories that have always haunted him, were the time he and his friends were blasted by an IED. The sight of Gettysburg's lifeless eyes terrorized him every time the image crossed his mind. The scene of Vincennes and Gates groaning in pain as they died on the ground traumatized him. And the time he searched for his sister Truxtun, the sight of the torn steel from Truxtun's sunken ship would forever be engrained in his head.
